I did like the bird flying in at breakfast time.

The breakfast was great and hot. The presentation of the food looked wonderful. I would certainly go back. Accessible was to most areas was fantastic.

1. Step up for the bathroom can be dangerous at night causing sprained ankles and falling. 2. They said free Prosecco at the bar but when I went there they said I had to buy something to get it! False advertising 3. Hair conditioner should also be included. Not just shampoo. Women normally have hair and need conditioners. Hotels should not only cater to men

The room we stayed in was next to the bar/breakfast room. Really noisy with people walking past the room most of the night and early in the morning. The walls are not very sound proof! If we had a room on a different floor this wouldn’t be a problem. Bathroom had a bad smell after the shower had been used, presumably the drains.

These are very minor things, the room we had was lacking in natural light (I think that’s just the room we were in) but there is plenty of electric lights to make up for it, plus you’re out most of the day anyway. It is noisy in the morning but that’s just life in a busy city, no real complaints from us and would recommend to a friend !

The location was fantastic, very handy for sightseeing as well as the metro for coming to and from the airport. The staff were also so lovely and let us check in early upon arrival. The room was a good size, as was the bed - I saw some comments saying it wasn’t comfortable but it was just fine for us! Would stay here again :)

Not impressed with the fact that where we checked in was not actually where we were staying and we had to walk a distance on the street to reach where we were actually going to our room. Got wet in the process, This was not explained adequately at time of booking. Location very good. Didnt eat there.

The location it’s great and we stayed in the main hotel not in Anex room! Breakfast was simple and we eat at the hotel just once… Noise from outside of the street it’s too much almost unbearable! Firstly rubbish collection then glass bottles collection Noise from the workers shouting/laughing beeping noise of ether reversing or loading or unloading stuff Street jet washing all till early hours !! I though I would be soo tiered doing at least 18 thousand steps a day but I couldn’t sleep and had to have Calm app on whole night to make us sleep… bed hard and pillows not comfortable..I read revues about it’s too noisy and tough it’s just some fussy people complaining Believe me it next level!!!!

Could understand it being noisy as the door soundproofing wasn't amazing. Little/no lobby or relaxing area at the hotel. The room was ever so slightly on the smaller size, but to be expected in Rome. Tourist tax not included in the booking price.

Absolutely amazing location, 5-10 mins walk to most points of interest and taxi rank. The room was clean and serviced daily. We were located in the main hotel towards the end of the hotel so didn't hear many guests. Staff were attentive to requests e.g clothes iron. Luggage drop off and storing is incredibly helpful pre/post check-in. Very solid hotel quality.

The lift was small and slow which is a problem staying on the top floors. The rooms are clean but the public areas need an update. The carpets look worn and dirty.

The staff were helpful friendly. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable , the shower was large and bedside tables large enough for chargers and water bottles. The location of this hotel was perfect. I travel to Rome often and have never stayed in this area. My group could walk to all of our restaurants from the hotel.

We stayed one of the back rooms and back of the building was so noisy that we couldn't sleep.

This is our second stay in hotel 55. The location is great just middle of the city centre and walking distance to any place you'd like to visit in Rome. Rooms are very big for two people.Staff is really friendly and helpful and they offered to keep our bags after check out 🥰
