A casa di Chiara is a flat beautifully furnished and equipped with all you need. Good parking space and close to the lake, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds, lot of storage space, balcony with Spring flowers,and extremely good service from Chiara, All our expectations were more than fulfilled and we can highly recommend A casa di Chiara. The lights in the hallway between the elevator and our room was dark one of the nights, so we used our phone flash light. The elevator doors opened but it didn't take our floor number one of the nights. None of these were an issue for us. The hostess was reachable via WhatsApp whenever we wanted. She was very helpful.

We loved the place and the hostess was delightful. The keys were easy to get to. The parking is along the street and it is free. We had no issues finding parking. We went in October - off season. She met us in person after we checked in and answered our questions. The place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient closet storage space. Showers were very clean and great, better than the hotel. We washed our clothes in the in-room washer and hung dried them in 12 hours. The building was very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones in it. We felt safe. The property is walking distance to the lake and central to the beautifully lit town at night. The hostess owns a Mama Mai restaurant a 10 minute walk to the center. Their Gnocchi is delicious. I highly recommend you check out their cute boutique restaurant. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood. A small yet well stocked mini grocery store is only a few steps away. Late Oct is an off season, so not all restaurants were open and fewer people in town. Overall 5 star for this place. I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate to book this place. You won't regret it.

The host did not speak much English while the correspondences were through the phone ( WhatsApp was not available) with difficulties understanding each other

We liked everything apart from having to leave!

The apartment surpassed all our expectations. It was just lovely. We arrived late after a delayed flight and our weariness disappeared when we opened the door. It was bright and airy, exceptionally clean, well-located and very well equipped. Communication from Chiara was excellent throughout our stay and picking up the key was easy. The photos do not do the spectacular views from the apartment justice and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and drink them in. I travelled with my 73-year-old Mum and was a bit anxious about the bed in the second bedroom (which I slept in) but actually found it really comfortable and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return to this apartment if we were visiting Stresa again. Don't hesitate - just book.

A bit noisy when windows are open and no air conditioning which was kind of difficult during the night given the high temperature.

The appartment is super well located and well designed/furnished with everything needed for a nice stay. Chocolate and water at arrival provided by the host as a welcome gift. Communication with Chiara super easy.

Absoulte greate value for money and very friendly host. The apparement is in a great shape everything looks very new. The appartement is close to the center and has some free parking spots infront of the building.

Spacious and very clean apartments. Freshly furnished. Well situated in 5 mins from center of Stresa. Supermarket in 3 mins by foot. Well equipped kitchen, you can cook what you want. Convenient beds. Public parking was available on the nearest street.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was very modern and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was excellent, very peaceful and only a 7/8 min easy walk down to the town and 8 mins to the station. The view from the wraparound balcony was breathtaking, it was amazing to be able to see the mountains and the lake.

Our host was thoughtful, responsive and very nice. The 4th floor apartment is reached by elevator, is secure, modern and beautifully decorated. A wonderful balcony provides views of the mountains and a peek of the lake. We walked to the old town and waterfront in less than 10 minutes, passing a great grocery store on the way. Parking is right in front of the building.

The apartment feels like it has just been renovated, everything was very clean and tidy. It was very well organised, with all needed kitchen implements and plenty of coffee, tea and little things that you tend to need in short lets, (oil, salt, sugar, etc). The views from the terrace were amazing, and the location was very handy for Stresa town and the supermarket. A very good stay.

This appartment is spacious and looks brand new. Everything is there to immediately enjoy the holiday.. fresh fruits-chocolates and water offered as a start, but also coffee/tea and many more. Place to park the car. Near to the city and quiet. A nice balcony where we could eat breakfast outside or just nice for a read. And most of all! Friendly hosts with their own restaurant, very responsive at any time.

The only negatif point was that we had to leave ;-))

We were there with our 2 dogs, all in all we felt very comfortable. Very clean. The beds are a dream. The owners are very helpful and very nice. Quiet residential area but still everything within walking distance. Be sure to listen to Chiara's tip and go to the Mamma Mia restaurant, very tasty. We will come back for sure :-)

Very nice apartment, ideal for a couple. Very modern, fancy new furniture , with fully equipped kitchen. Location is perfect, very close to the city center and in 5 min walk you have a big supermarket.
