No TV, no lavatrice, no lavastoviglie, NO INTERNET. Check out alle 10am No TV, no washer machine, no dish machine, NO INTERNET. Check out at 10am

Posizione bella, centrica. Ha il minimo indispensabile. Bene per viaggi di corta durata. Good location, in the city center. It has just the minimun stuff.

Just one capsule of coffee for a couple staying two days… it’s better to remove the coffee machine at this point

The property was like the pictures

There is no air conditioning and ventilation is limited. There are no typical windows, only the main door and a French window (essentially another door) that open to the courtyard. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, however, you’ll probably want to keep the heavy curtains drawn for privacy, which limits air flow. During a mid-September heat wave, it got a bit stuffy during the day, but it was comfortable at night. The kitchen amenities are somewhat limited. I could cook a pasta meal, but anything more elaborate would have been a challenge.

The apartment is very attractive and is in an excellent location. It is in neighborhood of narrow cobblestone streets with restaurants and bars, a couple blocks from a large outdoor market and the royal museums, and a tram stop around the corner. The manager was very helpful and responsive.

Parking was a but tricky, hosts advised where to park but because we had a van the entrance slope was too steep to their first one advised however they were very helpful in advising other on street parking and how to pay etc.

Central location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, easy to find. Nice markets to look around, not sure what days they are on. Short walk to the bus tour pick up point

The kettle, toaster, microwave & coffee maker were all placed on a low coffee table. We suggested to the host these were moved onto the higher dining table to make them safer to use. The fridge door couldn't stay closed as one of its hinges needed adjusting. The coffee pods provided weren't the same make as the coffee machine, so it didn't work. These are just teething problems for this new apartment & we're assured the host is keen to make the necessary improvements.

A lovely, new and spacious apartment, ideal for a couple. In a quiet courtyard with easy access. Cool & quiet indoors. Good bathroom & shower. Comfy bed & settee in the large living area. Ideally situated just a few steps from 4 eateries and a bar. Also just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the fabulous market (clothes & food), Duomo, restaurants, bars, cafes, gelaterie, pharmacy etc. Ten mins to get the city bus tour at Piazza Castello, or visit 4 museums.

Nothing really. A TV and washing machine would be a nice addition, but not necessary for our stay.

Very secure. Apartment is located within a gated complex. Has everything you need. Bery clean and well maintained property. Basic cooking facilities and a 20 minute walk to Porta Susa station. Can’t recommend highly enough the local patisserie Pasticceria Tamborini. Best cappuccino and pastries.

No WiFi for the first day and a half. If my daughter had not been using her international phone plan, I would have had no way of communicating. The couch was heavy and again, without help, it would gave been challenging to move it to shove the bent plug in. Once we were informed that's what we needed to do, it still took several tries and a lot of force to push it in. The listing says two bedrooms, it is one bedroom with no door and a living room in the kitchen area. It was fine, just not expected. No plugs in the kitchen and the fridge door shelves are broken. No instructions for heat, it was quite chilly. The cleaning crew gave us our keys and we were not shown how to lock the glass door. It took a few days but we finally figured all these things out but locked ourselves in and out a few times. Plug in bathroom does not fit hairdryer provided. Used the one in the living room. Would have been nice to have the contact for the place come over at some point to help us get oriented.

Location was great. Ground level entry made it easy to navigate with luggage. Quiet.

It is a very spacious apartment with an impeccable location - it is in 200 metres of 3 coffee bars, a carrefour express, a fruit and vegetable market etc. and within a kilometre of the galleries and royal palace. Furthermore it has fabulously clean and equipped rooms. The kitchen has cooking pots, a pan, a colander, lots of plates, glasses, coffee cups, forks, knives, spoons, dishwashing liquid, tea bags, a little packet of olive oil… really everything. The bathroom has soap and lots of towels.
