Location and setting of the place very lovely. Room is a good size with great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves very good food.

At least in our last couple of nights the AC didn't work in either of our two rooms. We had 26.8C when we woke up. Even if it works, it was noisy.

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice environment. 12-15 minutes drive to Levanto was ok. Parking.

One of our rooms had a smell of mold and the Wi-Fi was so weak all the time disconnecting.

Lovely calm and extremely beautiful peaceful and quiet hotel in the forest and only 15 minute drive to Levanto. The breakfast was really good ,warm helpful and kind staff. Furthermore you can get from the hotel a local parking card for 2 euros per day which really helps with parking in Levanto. (Gets you free parking at the train station and reduced in the city).

I can't praise Hotel Abetaia enough, truly. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. Our room and bathroom were quite spacious with plenty of ambient lighting. There was a bountiful breakfast buffet which was delicious. The hotel staff and management were always helpful no matter what was asked of them, and the owner is delightful. If you are coming to the Cinque Terre area the Hotel Abetaia is a most excellent choice.

A modern well appointed room in a countryside/forest location. Somewhere safe to leave the car which had expensive e-bikes onboard.

We had wonderful stay. we came for one night and stayed for three. Sonia, the owner was charming and happy to help in whatever we asked. the room is big and very well designed. the surrounding is a forest, calm and a small stream flows by. it is very convenient to get to cinque terra by getting to levanto train station.

The fact the light outside the room wasn't possible to turn it off, every night we had an army of insects on the door and I had to be careful to not let them in the room.

Property is in the middle of a jungle, which means it’s far from Cinque Terre, at least 30 mins drive to Levanto. The AC stays at 27 degs, although if you arrive in any season but the top of summer, the weather in mornings and nights is super nice.

The host is great, property is in the middle of a jungle and they have a great restaurant, typical Italian hospitality.

This hotel is very nice. It’s a bit outside Levanto (10min by car) but actually that is the nice thing about it. It’s situated in a cool area so we never turned on our air conditioner (they have one thought). We really loved to use this place as a base after our hikes in 5 terrre. It’s a nice place to relax after long hikes under the sun and visits to very busy villages. The staff is really nice and friendly, it’s a family owned place and is kept very clean and with taste. The restaurent is very good also, they have nice wine and a very tasty menu. Room is nice and renovated, well decorated and the bathroom is all new, bed was confortable. All in all I would go back to this place without hesitation.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and only 10 minutes drive from Levanto where you can get a train to Cinque Terre. The rooms are very large and most have terraces.

maybe the indicator outside is quite small in the road (normally people drive very fast in Italy), we missed sometimes, and we have to drive again back. T

We are a couple from France and we were both very happy for the food. The little resto is a must try. The food was so good! They offered a lot of home made food . The staff are very nice and gentle, they are very helpful for everything. The parking is big, and u have a free private parking in hotel, which is a luxe in Levanto. We will come back as I told them. Next time I will bring my parents to visit again.

Room is a bit smaller for 2 adults and 2 kids, but, it doesn't matter at all. overall, Hotel is super nice. I highly recommend this hotel for family and couple.

Wonderful stay! Hotel is about 10min away from Levanto train station and located very quiet and peaceful surroundings. If you are plan to travel by car, I highly reccomend this hotel to look around Cinque Terre. And the restaurant in the hotel is amazing! you must have a dinner there.

Heating in the room didn’t work properly, it was November and it was pretty cold. We let them know and they told us that they would fix it, I said it to them 2 more times with no results, they didn’t even try to provide a solution. They are the ones that regulate the temperature of the rooms and not the guests. There was no hand soup in the room, which is something basic. We hired a junior suite and expected something different, the room isn’t like the junior suites pictures in booking, but it’s expensive. We hired a room with a private balcony, but ours wasn’t private at all, everyone could see us and get into our terrace as it was just one door in the room with access to the common areas with a chair at one side. We felt pretty unconfortable as it’s hard for us to sleep with such a cold temperature in the room, the room was supposed to be insororized but we could hear other guests coughing in their rooms. It has been the most disgusting hotel experience I have had, as we couldn’t rest and we have had a poor quality at a expensive price.

Views are nice and staff is kind. There is a nice dog.

No mosquito nets on the doors and windows. AC is automatically switched off at night which doesn't make sense. We got very hot in the room and we couldn't leave the window open cause there is no mosquito nets and you are in a forest, near a small river, with hundreds of vasps, mosquitos and many other insects.

Greenery around house is excellent, it's quite clean. Very peacefull place in the evening. Breakfast was ok.

Air con was very poor but probably because we were in an upper room with very high ceiling, would recommend ground floor room if this bothers you. Check-in not manned but staff in restaurant so just pop in there, not an issue really but is a bit of a faff.

Lovely location, be prepared to drive (although I did see a couple of taxis). Very nice rooms, balcony and bathroom, great shower. Restaurant pleasant, would recommend trying at least once (although if travelling with teenagers that prefer pizza probably not ideal, maybe ask to see the menu first). Reasonably priced, good local wines.
