Restaurant is a bit pricey and not much in the plate

The hotel is very well located near the highway and the port. There is a supermarket next to it. Free parking. Very helpful staff: I had forgotten a shirt, called and came back 2 days later: they saved it for me. Room are very clean and spacious. Pet friendly (and there is a park next to the hotel to walk the dog).

Restaurant portions are super small even though the food is good. Way too pricey for what's in your plate. After the meal I ended up crossing the street to get a pizza.

Location is great. Free parking. Warm welcome. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel (well, in the same lot).

Hotel parking was optional as a cost but there were plenty free spaces nearby. The dinner and cocktails were overpriced and not great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean. Lots of free car spaces near the hotel (not the hotel parking).

Sound isolation is terrible. Door to the bathroom didn't really close. Breakfast was a bit too expensive (15 euro). The location of the hotel is very unfortunate, because there's not enough places nearby. If you want to have a proper lunch, you would have to look for the place for a while. The laundry in the hotel is crazy expensive. And proper beach nearby is also private and pair for.

Very nice and helpful staff. Pretty and comfortable hotel. Pleasant breakfast and a possibility to have dinner right at the hotel with a very nice atmosphere.

I stayed for one night Hotel location between Genova and portofino Parking is available outside, but if you are lucky Hotel parking 15 euros per night and secure Nothing Important nearby, only if you like supermarket you can find anything you like. Our room had issue with closing needed to check for closing properly. Hotel a bit far from center (arround 13 bus stops)

Very kind reception staff, good breakfast, room was great, parking solved perfectly in garage below hotel access directly from elevator. Bus tickets directly to Genoa Brignole station and center available on reception, bus station in front of hotel. Excellent pizza takeaway on the other side of hotel.

The location was far from the train station, and the only way to get there was by paying for a taxi, so if you plan on using the train as your mode of transportation, the Marriott is around 20 min by car, it isn't walkable. Although the bathroom was nice and it was probably part of the style, the door wasn't the kind of door that locks so it was a bit annoying. Also, because we have dietary restrictions, we brought our own food and it made it difficult for us that the hotel didn't have plastic cutlery for us to use instead of real.

The staff was very nice and was able to help with whatever we needed. The room was very nice and super clean. The bathroom was great, the shower was very nice! I also appreciated that there was enough towels and toiletries for all of us to use. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was heated nicely. The overall experience is very nice, you walk into the hotel and you feel comfortable and relaxed.

The bed mattress and pillows were too soft. As I suffer from back pain, which I manage with exercise, still the mattress especially was too soft for my back. I woke up with back pain .
