Well, the apartment is on the second floor, the house is old, and the stairs are very narrow and steep. So if you have large and heavy luggage, be aware. Also, getting taxi on way out is very challenging. But, well, it's Florence, so no complains.

Everything, perfect location, 100ft from Accademia Gallery and within the walking distance to all major Florence attractions. The host was extremely helpful, perfect communication and provided very detailed instructions. Also the apartment has modern washing machine (very helpful if you travel for several weeks) and the owner provided us with detergent capsules. The windows are soundproofed, so not much noise at night.

It is quite inconvenient to climb the narrow stairs if you have a big luggage.

Well equipped and clean apartment with the comfortable bed. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations. Can be easily recommended to your friends. Delicious coffee even from a capsule coffee machine. Convenient location. Street noise doesn't border if you close the windows. The friendly hostess provides all the necessary information.

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of an historical building, meaning the stairs are rather steep and not advisable for people with mobility issues.

Location is fantastic: it was just a 15min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and shorter than that for most touristic attractions. The hostess, Patrizia, was excepcionally welcoming, ensuring I had all I needed in the apartment and even offering to do a very small repair that was needed during my stay. The apartment was fully equipped with kitcken equipment, including dishwasher, washing machine, induction plate, microwave, and even a coffee machine with expresso capsules! Very good climatization provided by wall heaters and A/C and a clean bathroom with hair dryer. The bed and pillows were super confortable, and for sure this will be my place of choice in my future trips to Florence!
