Wonderful and peaceful location. Spacious apartment with large rooms located very close to the Dome. The staff at OK Bar were exceptional and provided great assistance during check-in and key collection; they even arranged for someone to escort us to the apartment, which was just a short walk from the listed address at L'Osteria dell OK Bar. Breakfast is included at this bar every morning, and the staff there were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, offering more than just a simple "coffee and cornetto". We also highly recommend their restaurant, where the food was delicious and beautifully presented and for a very good price. Overall, this apartment offers excellent value for money. We look forward to returning to Florence and would definitely book this apartment again!

It was spacious and clean. The bathroom had hair dryers and shampoo. The terrace was fabulous! The caffe was great and the staff took good care of us.

Had laundry machine but broken with black, gross water just wished was advised to not use or turn it on (add a sign: "do not use") because lost all power in apartment so needed OK Bar staff to turn on power again. Heat did not work. Tiny shower in large bathroom space but it did have good water pressure.

OK bar staff were excellent and very helpful to register and get keys; provided a person to walk you to the apartment about 4 blocks away. Breakfast included is at this bar every morning, again great, friendly staff (apartment manager cannot speak English but others happy to assist you). Quiet location and there is an amazing outdoor patio with trellis (wonderful to use if it is warm outside).

I already had a bad experience from the past in Florence: beutiful photos on the site (booking) with good reviews and then we found ourselves in a completly different place which was ugly and old.. so I was a bit scared because this seemed too good to be true;) Then a lovely surprise: the apartmant was excellent! Clean and spacious rooms very close to the Dome. Owners and their collegues were so helpful and gentle, breakfast was unexpectedly abundant - and not only a "coffee and cornetto". We can recommend their restaurant too, the food was delicious and visually satisfying there. Can't wait to go back to Florence and I'm sure I would book this apartmant again:)

The location of the stay is in the middle of the historical center, next to Duomo. Very nice and friendly owner, very clean apartment and silent. With little terrace you can enjoy your time! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Highly recommend.

The apartment door takes a good amount of physical strength to unlock, and it took two of us working together each time to unlock it. There were mosquitos in the primary bedroom, even in November. It would be nice to have a kitchen towel, paper towels, and/or a clean sponge provided for the kitchen. The sitting/dining room and primary bedroom lighting is quite dark. The water temperature in the main shower self-adjusted from extremely hot to very cold, which could be a challenge for families with young children. As another reviewer noted, there is a good amount of street noise at night, which is to be expected in the city center.

The location is great! Nice walking to lots of sites, shopping, and restaurants. We had a very good breakfast provided each morning at the corner cafe with delicious croissants (we loved the pistachio), fruit, yogurt, and coffee. We did not try using most of the appliances, but did appreciate the electric kettle, microwave, and refrigerator in the kitchen. Good wi-fi connection strength in the sitting room/dining room.

The location was great, a stone's throw away from Accademia Gallery. We really liked the vibe of the apartment. Just how we imagined a typical italian home could be like. The free breakfast from the next door restaurant, was such a bonus with the friendly staff that assisted us.

The pillows were all kind of flat, but that's pretty typical of pillows in general when traveling in Italy.

Such a cute little place with a great terrace and a fantastic location. Host was lovely and the breakfast was beyond great.

The apartment was rather dimly lit, and the second bedroom was really small. Kitchen didn't have much in it. Air con is placed in the passage so not very efficient or effective to use.

Fabulous breakfast was included at the restaurant downstairs. It was really delicious and very much appreciated. The master bedroom was very nice with a big bed.

No elevator (there is one but you are not allowed to use it). A/c only in the hallway, you have to leave it on the whole day to feel comfortable. No bathroom toiletries (soap but no shower gel or shampoo). The apartment was clean but the walls are really dirty.

Location is ideal! Close to all major attractions. The rate was fare, value for money compared to other apartments. Spacious, clean, two bathrooms, kitchen with huge oven to cook for the whole family. They serve breakfast just around the corner and there is a private parking (30 euros per day) very close to the apartment. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Quiet although in the city centre.
