Good for the price. The owner, Stefano, went out of his way to help us. He drove us to a local market to pick up some food things for the evening, and drove us to the cruise terminal the next morning. Thank you Stefano!!

I suggested installing the railing going to the second floor.

The host Stefano is excellent. He made us felt like at home. He is willing to drive us everywhere without preconditions. He picked us to and from downtown town cruise terminal as well as going to restaurants. We didn't mind compensating him that made him happy. It's worth every penny. For us, the old couple, money is not the main issue. We were well taken care of. This is very important.

Facilities, there is nothing to do in the room. You can only sleep. Even if you want to make a cup of tea or coffee, there are no facilities. I recommend Stafano to pay attention at that moment

The area was very quiet and picturesque. You can safely park your car near the house. Unlike the main streets, there is enough space here. By the way, the owners were very sociable and courteous. The house is very beautiful and modern. Large rooms, spacious bathroom. Everywhere is very clean and tidy.

Cleanliness, comfortable, beautiful landscape; and as a solo traveler, I felt pretty safe. Not only did the host go out of his way to help me out with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and a ride to/from downtown as needed but also picked me up from the Rome airport. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

..price gouging from taxi drivers..local transport an the understanding of it was hit an miss...it was a 30min brisk walk to town...so staying out late in town can be expensive to get back to the apartment in the evening

Only that there is no public transport to the centre of Civitaveccia , but I was very happy to spend my time in the surrounding area....

Lovely place to stay, not far from Civitaveccia center and port Beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well organised... Lovely family, mostly communicated with Stefano who speaks English and was so lovely and helpful to me as I needed a late checkout and he very kindly gave me a lift to the port later ,even though he had a lot of stuff going on that day... There is a park just across the road, where you can eat a really good pizza ,and also a supermarket just next to that, with another café / pizzeria and a wonderful delicatessen in case you need something for your onward journey .. There is a breakfast room where you help yourself to yoghurt, some sweet things..and coffee/tea. I had a perfect stay, thankyou so much ..

We loved it! Nothing bad to say

Our trip to Civitavecchia was so beautiful Thanks to the hosts Stefano and his kind mother, everything we wanted was accessible at the property. The pastries coffee and juices was delicious for breakfast my kids loved it. The area was nice and peaceful just what we wanted :-) As there was hardly any taxis around Stefano was so kind enough to take my family to many places and made many trips to pick us up and drop us off, He showed us all the local shops and restaurants. His mum helped us with the ironing, she ironed a suit, shirts and dresses as we where there for a family wedding in Santa marinella, My father also got a lovely haircut from Stefano’s mum, she is so talented. My sister wasn’t feeling too good but Stefano made trips to the hospital and pharmacy to make sure she was looked after which was so kind of him, although he had errands to run. Thank you for your hospitality Stefano and mama for making it comfortable for me and my family, my kids will never forget this holiday, hosted by the nicest sweetest people I have ever met to make the guests comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back again :-D

I believe the people make the place you are staying in. The proprietors were so nice and accommodating and Stefano specifically went above and beyond to drive me to an appointment, pick me up at the train station and bring me back ensuring I was purchasing my ticket correctly. While driving he showed me all the areas I would be interested in and even stopped at a grocery store so I could pick up some fruit. Thank you for your hospitality, it’s comforting to know there’s someone who’s willing to go that extra mile.

The only minus was the breakfast, the quality was poor and there weren’t something to choose from. For the price we were expecting a bit more.

We stayed here only for one night, but this b&b is really sweet and comfortable. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. also very easy to find parking. the owners spoke only italian, but it didn’t disturb us, they were sweet!

Everything. The rooms were perfect for us. We had 3 adults and 2 children and we had 2 rooms next to each other sharing a balcony. The breakfast was lovely, coffee machine which you just use yourself. Cerals, cakes, yogurts, juices. Giovanni and Loredana were amazing hosts.
