Breakfast was very good. The property was recently renovated and is impeccable. The host, Damiano was very helpful and gracious. Early check in was greatly appreciated.

Make sure you understand which room you're getting, they are different sizes. Some upstairs and some at street level. All are new and lovely.

Very friendly and helpful host, who carried out bags up and down the narrow stairs for us, and was always available for advice and help. Beautiful, quiet room and bathroom. Good location for walking around the town, and with street parking nearby. Very good breakfast with eggs, croissants, fruit, etc, you can order from the menu the night before. Firm bed.

We stayed one night in Ad Maiora and were very happy about choosing it! The location was excellent, the room -albeit smallish- was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Damiano, our host, was extremely helpful and kind, and so was her sister! The neighbourhood was quiet, so there was no noice from the street or anything. Great stay all in all!

Damiano is the perfect host. He is very welcoming, always asking about our needs, always making sure everything is perfect. Excellent room , the best bed in the whole of our trip in Italy, very fresh pastry and top quality coffee for breakfast. Very close to the city centre. Everything 10 out of 10. Accomodation is beatiful and well maintained. The historical centre is right behind the corner and the view is awesome. The host, Damiano, makes it even better. We loved it all. P.S.: you can park the car on the street next to the house.

Beautifully restored property in great location close to the centre of Ragusa Ibla. Super clean and with breakfast provided. Our host Damiano was charming, carried our bags up and down the staircase to our room, gave tourism advice and arranged for a taxi when we left.

Nothing to dislike, one minor point: it takes longer to get warm water from the hot faucets.

Clean modern a very involved owner whose love for the place was evident. He was very helpful and often went over & beyond to make the stay a pleasurable experience. Very convenient location.

There was an air freshener that was overwhelming. There were some steep, narrow stairs to climb to get to the room. Parking is difficult to find.

Very good breakfast, but could have been more generous with portions. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever. The decor was beautiful. Salvatore, the host was very, very sweet and helpful. Location was excellent, around the corner from the central area which is very charming.

The only little minus was the high humidity in the room. Maybe we used the air conditioning wrong - maybe a manual for this would help.

Everything was very good and comfortable. Our host Damiano helped us a lot with recommendations and even a reservation for a restaurant. The breakfast was very good too. It was easy to get a parking lot near the hotel. Highly recommended!
