The bathroom was tight and divided. We did not need nor use the kitchenette but booking.com did not have an inventory of rooms only listed, even though there were apparently some available. we would have preferred a room only at a cheaper rate

We had a room on the street with passing trams during the day and night. We felt like in the middle of the traffic jam. Due to the noise we were unable to open the window. Checking in during the night (outside working hours of the hotel reception) may seem complicated for clients, especially for those who do not speak Italian (no information about the procedure in advance, e.g. where they should look for their key).

The localisation of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the railway station, shops, restaurants and main attractions, such as the Egyptian Museum. Delicious breakfasts with a very rich choice between sweet and typical English options. A very helpful service. Good Italian coffee!

AC was not available and the fact that we had to go through another old building next to reception to go to our room.

Property is in a fantastic location in the Centre. Cleanliness was good and the Staff was so Helpfull.

There was a problem in the bathroom with the shower. We reported the problem to the reception staff a few times but unfortunately nothing has been done about it and it was flooded every time we were taking a shower . The AC was not working either .

The location of that hotel is fantastic ! Very central ! The staff is nice and breakfast is good too .

The staff were friendly, showed us to our room. We were able to leave our luggage safely with the hotel on check out whilst exploring before catching our train.

There were a few items in disrepair (faucet handle, shower head) but overall a nice little apartment.

The only downturn was that I visited in between seasons, they were shifting to heating but it was still hot and we did not have access to the air-conditioning use. I also hated the fact that there was no mini fridge so you couldn't keep at least some fruit handy or cool drinks

The breakfast is super scrumptious and it is a buffet with a very good choice of stuff. The staff are super friendly and courteous. And the location cannot be better it is literally a corner away from the train station.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing. We always came at around 9 am and there was not a lot left. We got the very last slice of cheese and last croissant for the two of us. There were no more bread rolls and on both days they didn't restock the pastry/bread section although breakfast time was officially until 10 am. So a prepacked bit of rusk with some jam or nutella (single-serving plastic tubs) was pretty much your only option. Bathroom was a bit small and crammed (you couldn't even open the shower door properly) but it served its purpose.

Good location, nice hallway and the room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of storage and even access to a small communal balcony. The staff were really nice. The coffee at breakfast was great, it came from a proper espresso maker (not the usual push-one-button kind of machine!). We could leave our luggage for free after check-out.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is not far from historical places and close to the restaurants, shops, rail station and buses.

Our room was not in the main hotel, it was on the fourth floor of an annexe two doors away. The floors below belonged to another hotel and private residents, and we felt we shouldn’t really be there. Though the room was clean and we had a good night’s sleep it wasn’t quite up to scratch. The TV was coming away from the wall, the promised minibar/fridge was missing, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the toilet so close to the wall there was no knee room. The room safe had been left open in the locked position and couldn’t be used. The reserved car parking place was close by but on a public road.

The hotel was clean and conveniently placed within the city’s central zone. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was ideal for exploring the centre of Turin. Close proximity to railway stations and attractions.
