I stayed in the hotel already second time, all is really fine. This time we took a room for 4 persons, we had such a nice terrace. Good that we did not take breakfast as we organised that on our own on a terrace, was the best decision. Metro is so close, train station is so close, several grocery shops are so closed. Is really nice hotel

nothing of substance - could be cheaper but this is Rome and for the price we paid I believe based on my search there may not be many better options. minor point is that we were finishing breakfast one day and crossed the 10:30 closing time and next day the entry was blocked before 10:30 while we were still inside which made us feel a bit rushed - but the staff were always friendly to a fault so I guess this was there way of advising us to hurry up :)

Breakfast was good. Location is superb - a few steps to Tiburtina train and metro stations which provide excellent connectivity within Rome (e.g. Termini is four stops and Colosseum six stops away) and to other cities since high-speed trains stop here as well as Rome Central Station (train station also has some shops) . Surrounding area is nicely "open", cafes and restaurants (including some halal options) as well as grocery stores (selling sandwiches and pastries) and supermarkets are meters away (Tip - we tried the da Franco restaurant for dinner and it was very good, a few hundred meters away). All staff Including Raffaele were very friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit, arranging access, shopping etc.

Everything was great. Only thing that was concerning was one of the staff members said they only hold luggage for 3 hours. Luckily our train was leaving in 3ish hours. Just a note to other travellers.

Very grumpy people at the front desk.

Honest and modest hotel very conveniently located in front of Tiburtina station, highly reccomended for a short stay if you're in need to be close to the station. I particularly enjoyed the bar at the ground floor and the cheerful bartenders.

The room looked better than in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and appeared new. The A/C was effective, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We missed two breakfasts in a row, and they prepared a takeaway box for us. Room service was good, with daily changes of towels and possibly the sheets (I'm not sure about this), and they refilled the drinkable water in the fridge. The room was equipped with a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. A steamer was available at the reception. Although the location was a bit far from the center (which we were well aware of), it was right next to the metro/bus/train station, which was very convenient! A supermarket was also nearby.

From my opinion, it's quite far to go the city (~20 mins by bus) but given the price and the quality, we will definitely book here again.

The hotel is amazingly clean and neat. Close to many public transportation. The staffs are suuperrrr helpful! We were in Rome for only a day and they able to guide us how to collect all spot within a day. Quite amazing services.

Nothing negative to say about the Adesso hotel at all, I will definitely stay there again.

The location from Termini was very good. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

The neighborhood was a bit odd and the lobby had a weird vibe, staff not friendly.

The beds were comfortable, you could open the windows, the shower was great, coffee in room, super close to transport.

For our short stay in Rome we chose Adesso Hotel and we couldn’t choose better. The staff was very helpful, cleanliness on point in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Next time in Rome we will choose Adesso again!
