The breakfast , room & the hospitality & service rendered. Namely Mr Gabriel from front desk was extremely helpful and he was very attentive. He even recommended a estaurant for dinner which turned out to be the best by far.

Everything was great nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff who will go out of their way to help. Elina checked us in and gave us a glass of prosecco on arrival. Rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast was also great. Would recommend to anyone location is also great being right on the sea front l.

The elevator is tiny, but not a big deal.

My daughters and I stayed at the Hotel Astoria recently. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel from the moment we arrived until the day we left. My original booking didn't include a room with a view, but they gave us one anyway. We had a beautiful view of the sea, and the room was extremely spacious. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm fortunate enough to return to this region of Italy again!

The hotel staff upgraded our room to a superior one with an amazing private terrace in front of the sea. The room was great, as we expected. The staff has been amazing and always available. The breakfast was spectacular with a great selection of sweet and savory options including fresh pastries and focaccia. We really recommend a stay here!

Perfect location for a stay on the Italian Riviera. We travelled by train to Cinque Terra for a day. Then got off the train on the way back at Santa Margherita and bus to Portofino. All very easy.

The location is supreme! The breakfast excellent and, so far the best I encountered in Italy. The room very beautiful with an enchanting sea view. The staff out of this World. Gabriel made sure that every request we made was satisfied.. Now for us, when in this region, is Hotel Astoria or bust!

Rapallo is a pretty coastal town, however the traffic was busy at times.

Huge choice of hot and cold food for buffet breakfast, in a lovely dinning room. Waitress served a choice of hot drinks. The hotel is perfectly located for beach and the lido. Many bars and restaurants can be found locally. Great location to explore the coastal region. Train and ferry's are walking distance. We stayed in Jan - it was very unusually cold, but the hotel had good heating, and plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee could also be made in our room. The hotel had a good sitting area in the lobby to relax or meet friends.

The hotel was located in a central area of Rapallo, next to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants were nearby. The receptionist particularly Elena were very polite and helpful. She assisted us with information about the city and we found her recommendations about the restaurants great. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are renovated. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Great hotel to stay!
