We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It’s a joke that for a kids bed we needed to pay 15EUR a day. And there wasn’t even a proper mattress in the bed. Staff was rather dismissive. Expect more for the price

Everything about this hotel is great. The location couldn't be better - it's a 5 minute walk from the port but it is down a really quiet street so you get no noise at night. The bed is so comfy and the bathroom facilities are perfect. Everything was clean and well looked after and the staff were friendly and attentive
