Aemilia Hotel is located just outside the Traffic Limited Zone (ZTL). Perfect for walking into the centre to see the sights. Parking is below the hotel and charged by the day. A modern functional hotel with friendly staff. The one hiccup we had was sorted without fuss. Highly recommended for its convenience.

A bit further than we expected to walk into the centre but not a problem and walked most places.

The staff were really excellent in every way especially on reception. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Only a few extra minutes walk from town and a fairy quiet area.

If you are driving to Bologna definately stay here. Easy parking. Great facilities. Good food. Easy walk to town center.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff at reception, bar, and restaurant areas. The food was of a high standard with a good wine selection. Breakfast facilities were first class.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed. The people at the front desk were super helpful, they upgraded me to a better room for free and also offered a welcome drink. I will be back to Bologna just to stay at the hotel for longer. 10/10!

The location of the Aemilia Hotel was too far from the center of town. If you do not like to walk, this would be a problem for you, as some of the sidewalks were narrow and/or broken.

The Aemilia Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all kind and professional--and spoke English. The buffet breakfast was awesome; lots of good food.

We like this hotel for the following reasons: - Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Very good breakfast (and dinner option), with good information about potentially busy breakfast times - Central location but outside ZTL (max. 15 minutes walk to city center), very good and safe parking option - Very modern and quiet room, well equipped (kettle, coffee machine), excellent bathroom - Earlier-than-planned check-in possible with room already being available before 2pm

They laid on free car to get the the Show that was on, it was really helpful and well executed. This alone would make me re-book this hotel. The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble

The hotel was more expensive than expected, I think our trip coincided with a ceramic festival, which push the price to more than double of usual.

Very nice hotel, with a lovely big room and modern toilet. Only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Was very clean and had chromecast which was a nice touch.

Withe first night when I arrived I t was late but dining room still open only maybe 7 people there and they said I can sit where ever I like so I started to tuck into a corner table for four as was alone and mostly liked the location of the table and then was asked to move to a table for two. I had a bag and some papers I wanted to review. The waitress was sweet just not trained to read a situation. Nobody else came in that night and would have made no difference. Not a big deal.

Fabulous dinner both nights bolognese was excellent. Salads as well. Breakfast was okay not much fruit left when I arrived at 9:30 this morning. Toaster doesn’t really toast. Need a better one.

About 25 minute walk to the centre of old town. Public transport options were good but walking seemed better.
