We had some issues getting the train to the airport (there was no train from the station by the time we needed it), which is not a problem related to the accommodation. Just be aware to check train schedules. But, by the train station, you can also take a taxi (that's what we've done), and this will cost about 50 euros to Fiumicino airport.

The staff was very kind! They do not speak English, but it was no problem because they did their best to communicate. Close to the train station, very easy to go to Rome center.

The wi fi kept cutting out during the night, really frustrating when you're trying to book a flight and other accommodation. It worked perfectly in the morning.

There are not that many shops or restaurants in the area, only those in Tiburtina. Also, I was surprised that the accomodation was closed when I arrived on a Sunday, but that was remedied somehow.

This accomodation is in a nice and quiet neighborhood (Nomentana). The facilities are well maintained. It is easy to travel from here to any part of Rome and even outside, since Tiburtina station is nearby. Everyday, there is a breakfast. Most important of all, there is airconditioning and a bathroom in the room.

A really small imperfection is the location of this hotel is a little far, but it’s totally not a big deal.

Everything I need is in this hotel, it’s cozy staying here, Wi-Fi signal is stable, room is clean, free breakfast and lots of drinks, not even mention people here are so kind, I really hope I can come back here again soon.

Overall a great stay, very affordable and comfortable. I made a mistake with my booking because I was making a large number of reservations and Affittacamere helped me fix that mistake where most places wouldn't. They were very kind and professional. Just if they knock on the door late in the morning make sure you answer loudly you're inside, you can imagine what happened because I didn't 😂. Also communicate when you'll arrive as early as possible so someone's there.

Nothing to add here, only a small advice. As there is no reception, ensure to contact the host before the arrival and to have the possibility to call them when arrived so that you can receive the instructions how to enter your room.

Nice accommodation few steps from Rome Tiburtina train (and metro) station. The area is safe and quiet, the supermarket is just across the street. The room is clean, nice and comfortable. Italian breakfast is served in the room. Fantastic value for money and great base to explore both Rome and around Rome. The hosts are really kind and doing their best to make your stay comfortable.

It is located inside a big apartment building. It took us a while to find the place. I heard the noises from other apartments at night.
