There was a party in the neighbourhood as it was Saturday night, but nothing can be done about that. :)

The room and bathroom were clean, very nicely decorated. There were complimentary drinks, snacks , even a bottle of champagne, espresso machine with coffee.

It was a bit difficult finding a place to park on the street prior to check-in. It might be good for the host to send the location of designated parking spot ahead of time. The city of La Spezia itself is crowded.

Attractive modern styled apartment. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Designed parking spot. Located within an easy ten minute walk to the train station. Host was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very close to the train station so we could walk home. The owners provide also a private parking for the car. Very helpful. What stood out was the very polite and helpful personnel. We booked one person less but they immediately fixed the extra bed upon our arrival. They had nice treats for us every morning . When they found out that our son was gluten intolerant , they brought us the next day a bag of gluten free biscuits. Very caring and made us feel very welcome. Finally it was super clean. We totally recommend it.

Clean new room. Super friendly host. Clean towels and linen. New clean bathroom with good water pressure. Cafes block away. Main area with restaurants 15 min walk. Check in was quick and simple. Complimentary wine, water, and snacks provided. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back.

Good location, a 10 min walk from the train station to go to cinque terre. Free parking close to the building. The room was super clean and they thought of every detail. There is ac and mosquito nets for the windows and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cookies and there is water in the fridge, all included. One of the nicest places I have stayed in.

Beautiful apartman, nice hosts. The apartman equiped with a coffee machine and hair dryer. They prepared a bottle of wine and cookie for us. The train station approximately 10 minutes on walk. Its perfect to explore Cinque Terre by train.

Host was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to use the parking space early in the morning before we checked in. The room was comfortable, big, clean and came with wine, water and snacks! Very good location 10 minutes walk from the train station.

A few things to note about this property. Its new. Its new. Its new. The property has been very recently renovated/ upgraded, so everything is new. The rooms, bathrooms, equipment, excellent condition. And everything works. Aldo, the person who met us during check in is great. He speaks English somewhat proficiently and was able to answer/ help us with our questions. The property is on the 3rd floor, which is not a problem because there is a working elevator. There is also private (exclusive) parking nearby (Aldo will show you where it is) so parking is not an issue. The property is cleaned every day,... and the towels/ food/ toiletries are refreshed everyday. The property is about 10 minutes walk away from the La Spezia train station, so not too far away. We stayed 3 days and used it as the base to explore Cinque Terre. It is also about 15 minutes walk away from the down town La Spezia walking area. Even though you drive, its probably a good idea to leave the car in the parking spot and to walk. Parking in down town La Spezia can be challenging.

This is the best place you can go if you want a trip through the Cinque Terre. The Staff Aldo and Elisabeta are just amazing, very focus on us and our wellbeing. My girlfriend was sick one day and they did everything to help and were really attentive. The room was excellent and with nice extras as coffee, wine and cookies. The bathroom was fully complete. Very good value for money and close to the train station. Extremely clean, comfie and helpful. 10 easy out of 10.

This was our favourite stay during our Europe trip! The space was so well maintained, every day we'd come back to a perfectly cleaned room with snacks and water. We really felt that a lot of care and effort is put in by the staff here. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

There was no buzzer to be let in. My phone SIM card does not work in Italy, so we pressed all the buzzers until someone let us in. Small complaint, but for sure an issue, although it wouldn’t keep me from staying there again…I would just clarify the arrival process.

This flat is absolutely gorgeous, spotless and in a great location when arriving by train.
