Beautifully styled property. So much thought and detail put into everything. Great location. Quiet and super comfortable. So easy to get to the Cinque Coast from La Spezia. Plus the hosts Elisa and Marco go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the town and your experience. One of my favourite spots to stay on my journey through Italy.

Only 5 minutes walk from the train station in the middle of the city. The rooms are on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building in the old city. There is an elevator. Marco welcomed us with his daughter and they gave us lots of tips on where to go and where to eat. There is also a folder in the room with all the information. Our room had 2 twin beds and was perfect for me and my friend. There is also a small fridge, coffee and thee facilities and a beautiful bathroom. Don't hesitate to stay here!

This may be us - but we were not able to locate the switches to the lights coming out of the lifts in the night.

Exceptional location. Great hospitable hosts. Really comfortable sleep. Walking to and from the train station was very easy. Given we took an early morning train - we were able to lug our way to the station quite comfortably. All the other amenities and restaurants were very close to the property. The hosts were local and spent time in explaining the nearby attractions.

Great welcome. Offered to pick us up from train station as it was raining. Medium sized room. Exceptionally clean. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities in room. A few breakfast pastries provided. Excellent location.Very central. Five minute walk to train station. Room folder containing local information, was a great resource.

Excelente! Our favourite stay and destination of the whole trip. Marco and family are very hospitable, they give us advice for our tour in the Cinque Terre. Great location, clean, just perfect. They also left a little give for our honey moon 🥰

Only issue I had was the hot water was limited, it was fine for shorter showers but difficult on the days I was washing my hair.

I had a lovely stay, I even extended one night. The host was very lovely and really helpful with giving advice and instructions. The room was very comfortable, had heating and had a fridge and a kettle/coffee machine and they provided some snacks and drinks. Room was quiet which I was pleasantly surprised about. Has a lift which is good if you have large luggage like me.

Very nice and kind host, introduced everything about the town to me. I was able to visit portovenere as an extra stop on my visit. The apartment is clean, cozy and efficient apartment. Served me well after getting bitten by bedbugs in another apartment in La Spezia.

Elissa, the woman looking after the 4 apartments, met us at the door to the building which was a lovely touch. She was fantastic in helping us, even after we left when some clothes were left behind. Apartment was spacious enough, in a great location with plenty of restaurants and 10 minute walk to the train station.

On weekends street is a little crowded so there are some noice but nothing to be concerned.

Great location. Cinque Terre is really near and places as Portovenere are in acceptable distance by bus. Owners attention to customer needs with all recomendations was super. I would definetely recomend to stay here. Room nice and with lot of small but nice surprises for guests.

Loved this place the moment we met the owners. Such pleasant people. The stay has an elevator which is a relief from walking so many stairs and uphills in Italy. We were escorted to our rooms, and the room was perfect. Very nicely decorated, lots of space, balcony viewing the square and a coffee machine, snacks and juice and water in the fridge. The owner took the time to discuss la spezia and perfect locations in cinque terre. We loved that outside the apartment were many restaurants, cafes and a nearby market. The train station was walking distance.

The staff was amazing, they were waiting for us at the door and helped get our luggage in and to our room! The room was amazing, wish we could have stayed longer! The location and the room well exceeded my expectations!

Our stay was excellent! The bedroom was really comfortable. It has a coffe machine a kettle, welcome chocolates and sweets. Marco and his daughter were really kind. They explained us everything about the room, things to do in town and places to eat. We will sure be back!

We weren't crazy about La Spezia - we love small, quaint European towns and this town felt busy and chaotic. It was easy to get to the train however, would have preferred to stay in Riomaggiore to skip the train altogether.

Absolutely loved the room, great A/C, comfortable beds, and wonderful hosts! It was really decorated nicely and taken care of!
