They're right next to the train station, which is both super convenient but can also be a bit noisy in the evening (it does quiet down at night though, I stayed a Sunday evening).

The place was bright, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was on the second floor, a long flight of stairs, no lift. The size of the shower is just to small, I could barely get myself in.

We were greeted warmly by Luca. Also, María was very helpful giving tips for restaurants and things to do. The room was very spacious, 2 bedroom, even though we were just 2, had a nice balcony facing the square. Comfortable beds. The breakfast across the street was also very good. Parking was a few meters from the place. Location is excellent, just a few steps from the pedestrian area which is filled with shops and restaurants.

The only problem is that my room was next to the entrance of the building, I would recommend oiling it since there is a really bad noise when opening.

Location was perfect, few mins to main station and walking distance to sights, shopping area and restaurants. The staff were all super helpful and very friendly. communication on what's app with questions was really quick and easy. The building is very nice and exactly like the pictures, we even got a bigger room than expected. Very clean and very comfy bed, heating was great also as it was cold and rainy when we got there, it's a busy street but even at the front of the building it was super quiet. . Totally recommend staying here and great price

Everything was great! Close to the train station and the city center. You can find a nice mini market nearby. The staff was so welcoming and gave a lot of advices for exploring the city and the region. Comfortable place to stay during 1day trips to CinqueTerre, Portofino and Porta Venera.

The bathroom is small, as is the shower stall. We like the efficient use of space, but some folks might prefer a larger bathroom and fewer stairs. we think that it is worth it!!

It is such a comfortable 'b&b'. The owner and cleaning staff are wonderfully kind. We love the front, upper floor room with extra space and a view of the shopping street. It is a very handy location, being only two minutes from the train station, and a few minutes from shopping and the street market and many cafes. Having the extra sitting room with balcony, with large fridge, is super comfortable.

All minor things - Our room was facing the street so we could hear a lot of street noise. The shower temperature was inconsistent and kept changing from hot/cold. There were free tea bags but no coffee.

Luca was great! So friendly and showed us everything on a map. The room was lovely and really clean. Great location near the train station and main street of La Spezia.

Communication from the staff leading up to check in was very timely, informative and clear. Location is very convenient being close to Central and a short walk into La Spezia centre. Conveniences (cafe, supermarket etc) are all very close. The apartment was lovely, spacious and very clean, small fridge and coffee machine. There was also daily service. Affittacamare offers outstanding value for money.
