The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and the value/ price is very good. Everything works very automated (read carefully the check-in instructions). We got breakfast vouchers for very nice bars

Not really a negative point, but it was a 25min walk from the the train station. You can easily take a taxi to get there. We just decided not to.

Clean location, nice staff, easy and clear access to the room. Breakfast cards were worth it. Fresh water each day in the fridge was a great touch from the owner. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Check in time of the day was just three hours. Although the receptionist did call us to check upon our arrival, it was hard to contact them after the call. We had a bit of a hard time to find the accommodation as it wasn't in the same spot as in their website and the sign for the hotel was quite small. Other than that the staff was really helpful and room really nice and close to the city with free parking close by

Parking place it's only with reservation, but Reception have only 1 or 2 places and they rent 7-8 rooms. You need a luck or just parking on the street. Small room, breakfast its only tea or coffee with one croisant on next street cafeteria. At night it was noisy from the street.

Affittacamere My Home is totally a great pick. We were warmly welcomed by Agnese who introduced us to La Spezia. She explained the location and the most important buildings and of course the Cinque Terre to us which we were really greatful for. The room is super comfortable. Especially the bathroom has enough space and everything got cleaned everyday. The breakfast at a nearby Patisserie (2 minutes walk) was super cute and the breakfast really yummy. Since we traveled by car we were able to get a parking spot in a parking place which is super close and controlled. Even though the location is a bit away from the center and old town of La Spezia we were able to use the BIT-rollers which are super to handle by app. All in all everything was super comfortable and organized. We had a total blast in La Spezia and would always come back to Affittacamere My Home. A big thank you is going to Agnese, you made this trip really unforgettable!

When leaving the apartment and taking your door pass/card, all electricity would be shut off. When we returned it took a long time for the room to cool off with the air conditioner. The shower doors could use fixing up. Otherwise great place.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Responses were immediate for any inquiries or requests. Provided great suggestions for sightseeing. Breakfast (with rental) at the local patisserie was amazing.

Nothing really. it was and old building with a renew studios, but nothing thrilling and special. We got a room looking to an awful patio and changed it for another one looking to the front part of the building, the avenue, but it was really noisy. The bathroom shower was liking when we arrived but nothing serious., but the noice of the air extractor was loud. The same with the noice of the little fridge, the mini bar, that was making a loud noise the whole night.
