Everything was fine, room was clean with balcony. Very good location, 5 mins by walk from Vatican close to entrance to vatican museums and close to metro station. Some cafes and restaurant in neighborhood, very calm and safe district of Rome.

The windows are thin so you can here the outside noise. Also was cold at night. The heating was closed at the end of April, but the owner brought an electric heater.

Very good location. Close to the Vatican. A lot of restaurants close by and shops and Supermarket also. The room is nice. The owner offers so free snacks. It is a good price for the value

The biggest problem were the shower curtains in both shared bathrooms. One was too short and kept clithnging to my body while I bathed; the other waste least 3 inches too long and water still floods outside the shower base regardless whether it hangs inside or out. This should be an easy fix.

The breakfast accommodations were good. As I was visiting Vatican City, the location was excellent. I also didn't need to walk too far for shopping or restaurants. Needing 3 keys to enter, it's also very secure.

The water flow of the shower is a little weak and I personally would prefer a solid shower door than a shower curtain.

The host Giuliano is extremely helpful and polite and he provides us with detailed information on the layout of great tourist route on both Vatican City and Colosseo.

The interior of the flat looked antique but doesn’t mean it’s dodgy. The flat is hard to find by google too but just give the owner a call. He will guide you.

The owner, Giuliano was very friendly. He even took his time to explain the public transportation and the map of Rome. Our room was really big with a huge balcony. We took shared bathroom room. There were two bathrooms with all the amenities which was located in the corridor. There is a pantry for you to use as well. He kept milk, orange juice in the fridge for us to use. Cereals and breads also always there in the pantry to consume. Location wise, it was perfect for us. It’s literally 10 mins walk to the Vatican museum. The nearest metro station is only 5 mins away. There is a supermarket in 5 mins walking distance which is open 24 hours and plenty of food places around. I will definitely come back here.

It was my first visit to Rome and in this I was feeling like home , very sweet room super friendly host !!! Location is amazing) 5 min from metro and 10 min from Vatican. To get center took me not more then 15 minutes!! Wanna say huge thanks to Guiliano, super friendly host. 🫶🫶🫶🫶

The staff are so helpful. Room was so beautiful, clean, spacious, and cozy! It's 1 minute far from the bus stop and less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The elevator was so old style and interesting itself 😁
