I actually can't think of any negative feedback. We don't want to leave. I suppose that's a bit negative.

(Can you give 11 for service?) We stayed in Empoli as a base to visit Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Staying out of the main tourist areas is often cheaper and less busy, but not necessarily less of a holiday. We found Empoli to be a great base for a holiday, The hotel is spotlessly clean, warm and the host is an absolute delight. The bed was very comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. Access to the building is via a keypad as are the rooms, simplicity itself. The front of the building is deceptive though, you could almost miss the door, but with the excellent direction provided it was not an issue. Despite believing that there would be no one there to greet us, the host had messaged us to inform us she would be there when we arrived and showed us to our room. What a wonderful host, I really can't stress that enough, I feel that nothing would be too much for her. She even left a bottle of wine and pastries in our room for my wife's birthday. The location was excellent as it is such a short walk to the train station and also to the local stores and restaurants. Truly a great place to stay..

The property is absolutely clean. It’s 3 mins walk away from Empoli Station. Kitchennette has basic necessitties: mini fridge with a freezer portion, cutleries, plates and cooking utensils. Food shop is only 10-13 min walk away.

The property was fine but we did find Empoli great as a base but the town it’s self was very quiet with very limited choice for eating out in the evening .. we solved that by eating in Florence which is less than 39 minutes by train and only 5 euro for the train . Trains run pretty regularly too

Exceptionally well located for trips around Toscana , very close to the station . Very easy to access , communication with owner was excellent , both in check in and also after check out when she took the trouble to call us to say we forgot something . Goff all round

a great location to see the sites around Florences. Pisa and Tuscany in general. Parking was provided which for us was a god send. Empoli itself is a great town, good restaurants and shopping. Empoli was itself a surprise for us. The unit is near the trainstation which makes getting around easy if you don't like fighting Italian traffic. We would stay there again

Vanna is an incredible host making herself available anytime via WhatsApp She provided the perfect accomidation for our stay in Empoli. The room with mini kitchen was large, clean, modern and had everything you need . Location is only 100 metres from the station which provides easy access to Florence and Pisa. So central yet so safe.

the accommodation is a minute walk from Empoli station, a good base for us to travel to Florence for 2 days. The room is of a good size, clean and equipped with modern facilities (air conditioning, small kitchenette with all necessary equipment, fridge etc). The host is also very responsive, we requested for an earlier check in as we were due to arrive in Empoli earlier than expected and this was easily accommodated. A small town to explore, but there is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Beautiful clean, crisp, white, cotton bed linen on quality mattresses. The shower room is fantastic and everywhere is spotless. Great location for anyone travelling without a car, right by the railway station. Not a place to visit for Italian sightseeing but a good base and fairly close to Pisa airport and Florence. Would recommmed and stay there again without doubt!
