Nice quiet location. Very clean, comfortable premises. Little difficult with the stairs with the suit case but otherwise no problem. Easy access to town and rail transport. All around, very good.

Our host was welcoming and very helpful. The property is clean and beautifully presented with everything we needed. The breakfast voucher system works very well. It is only a few minutes walk from the city walls and very well placed for access to restaurants. We would happily visit again and would recommend it to anyone who was visiting the area.

Nice small appartment. Location is good, a 10 mins walk to the city centre. And free Parking. Breakfast in the Pasticceria (also Stella) was excellent, you get a voucher of €6 and can choose what you want.

All good, nothing to complain about. For breakfast you need to talk 1 minute but the stella pastry is great.

Good location, 10-15' minutes in walking distance from the historical city of Lucca. The room was clean and quite spacious and the personal friendly. Breakfast at the pasticceria near the B&B, good pastries and tasty coffee.

The room especially the bathroom was rather more dated and less contemporary than the photos we saw. Not overly a major issue but we always choose our accommodation based on the photos. Fortunately the excellent breakfast arrangement made up for this.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and the accommodation was only a ten minute walk from the city walls of Lucca. The very close free parking was a bonus. We loved the arrangement of going next door to Stella's for breakfast where the pastries particularly the apple turnovers were superb. Their fresh orange juice was pretty good too!

The property is just on the outskirts of the old town of Lucca. It’s very accessible from the autostrade and free parking was included. On arrival we were met by Lucia who was most welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room also.

Location, cafe near B&B

Our room was on the third floor. Bringing our luggages up and down was a bit challenging as the staircase was narrow. We got the vouchers for our breakfasts which was enough for a cup of coffee and the pastries at the nice bakery cafe next door. Pastries were great but I prefer no sugary breakfast.

It was a very nice accommodation and there was a designated parking spot. The room was very quiet with the high ceiling. We had a difficulty finding with our GPS. Downloading the Italian free app “Waze” is recommended in Italy. Lucia was very friendly and helpful. She speaks English very well.

Easy to find location, with free private parking available - ideal for those travelling by car. Don't be put off by the suburban surrounds as the delights of the walled city of Lucca are only a 10 minute walk away. Light, airy room that is spotlessly clean, breakfast provided at the Lucca bakery next door, very welcoming host.

The room had a good size, all expected facilities were available (coffee/tea, wifi...). There was plenty of extra cushions and blankets, the guest kitchen with more coffee/tea, and a daily room make up. The breakfast could be taken at a partner facility in a nice place used by locals, with an enormous choice of delicious sandwiches, pastries and drinks. The location was a 10 minutes walk from the historic center, in a quiet side street. Airport bus at 1 min. walk (to Pisa).

The breakfast at Stella were excellent but a voucher for 4 euros was a little small as it could only buy a croissant and coffee. The stairs ordinarily would be an obstacle as they were steep and only for the very fit or young.
