Main issue was the noise from outside in the street, especially the late night revellers, and the early morning deliveries to nearby markets.

There’s no lift, you need to climb 2 flights of steep stairs to reach the accommodation, a bit challenging if you are coming with a big luggage

Loud at night (window do not close very well) and minor aspect: the room appears quite empty and therefor not very comfy.

Clean and spacious room; self check in; it was possible to leave the luggage there (although it's basically just put into a room where - in theory - every guest with valid door key number has access -> not sure if that's more of a security issue than giving it to a receptionist who also does not check IDs or anything else when you retrieve your luggage); nice staff; we were also allowed to use a toilet/bathroom after check out.

Be aware, room is on second floor with no lift. Not ideal if you have heavy suitcases. The first night, guests either side of us were noisy late at night. Just a suggestion, it would be helpful if there was a 'quiet hours' notice in the room perhaps. A guest also set off an electrical alarm early in the morning waking us, by pulling a chord in shower. Again, a notice in the rooms would be helpful indicating that the chord was for someone requiring medical assistance and not to pull it accidently.

Very good location (accessible to everything). There’s a supermarket and bakery shop right next to the place which made it super convenient. Lovely shower. Easy check in. Wish i could have stayed longer. Highly recommended place!

There is no elevator or escalator and we were on the 3rd floor. There was a lot of stairs and it was very difficult and uncomfortable to get our luggage to the apartment. There’s a terrible stench in the lobby that seriously needs addressing. It smells like an old drainage or sewerage system that needs replacing.

Little bit noisy at times but that comes with the location and the noise was bearable.

The location was brilliant and good value for money. Towels and shower gel were provided and we could leave our luggage there the next day.

The bathroom was tiny. Except from the bed there was no place to sit (2 wooden and very uncomfortable chairs). The rooms are in the second floor, so it is not easy to reach with a luggage. AC is a bit weak. The street is very noisy, so we had to close the window.

Perfect location, in the heart of the city centre. Very close to the main train station and all the important museums and piazzas. The room was very very clean! I had breakfast at a bar next door, was great.

The common areas were quite messy and with no A/C so in summer it was very hot. It has no elevator

The room was very clean, it had its own bathroom which was quite comfortable. We did not have table and chairs as shown in the pictures. But there was a common area which you could use. Staff was friendly and the location was very good, near the train station and city center.
