Unfortunately the balcony was horrible, small with a view in the neighbors apartments. The balcony has an ugly grid .. !! You can't let your door from the balcony open because of the smell of what neighbors are cooking

The girl from the reception was very nice and helpful! The room and the bathroom was big The hotel' location was near the Station Termini, close to restaurants and shops The bed was very big & pretty comfy.

The rundown property, if you look from the outside, only has its location and staff , noteworthy of. The rest, no good. The Filipino ladies from the Phil made sure to make you feel comfortable

It's more of a B&B rather than a hotel. The heating pump took a long way to heat the room due to the ceiling being so high. There was no kettle to heat water in the room, although they offer a full breakfast on site. The shower lost pressure at some point and I had to wait several minutes to be able to finish a hot shower because the water was cold only.

WIFI was hit and miss but not the end of the world.

We arrived 01.30 in the mourning :( The hotel has a 24 hour reception which for me and for the price is very important because I can't be bothered with the. Your your keys are in one place and then you have to go to other end of the street to find your room. We liked the location of the hotel near the bus station, train station and the open top buses. Good selection of varying types of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel also. (Lift to all floors.)

We had already stayed at this hotel, so we knew we would want to go there for our weekend getaway in Rome. It is just opposite termini station, so basically close to city centre. The room were clean, bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh.

The exterior walls and windows are thin so you will hear everything that is going on outside, including laughing, talking in cars honking outside. Water is either very hot or very cold. Hard to find in in between for the shower. Only two pillows included, which may not be enough for most people. Stay overall was pretty average for the price.

We needed the convenience due to quick stopover for a night. But was very expensive for the overall quality.

Convenient location to the Roma Termini. Was a one night quick stopover so was great to just walk to the hotel. Close to the cool neighborhood San Lorenzo. Was nice to discover a less touristy section of Rome. The room had weird NYC decor vibe and felt old inside. But it was clean. Glad there was an elevator.

Wifi wasn't reaching the room, I had to stand by the door to connect to Wifi. The noise from the street was high all night and morning. I was completely tired I forgot to close the windows. The location is fantastic exactly next to the train station, we missed our train so we booked it on the spot. The reception was very decent and helpful. I wouldn't mind staying there again for a night before traveling or if arriving late, but the price is not worth it.

The room was clean and neat which was great. Super simple. it had four beds one twin and two singles. Shower worked well.

It seems like The entrance and elevator is shared by other tenants of the building. The shower is soooo small (i’m used to small European bathrooms and theirs is smaller than usual).

The area surrounding the hotel is rough. It wasn't very safe for two young females walking to and from the hotels with groups of men smoking outside. The shower dripped and was never warm. It is freezing or boiling, which is annoying when you have lots of shampoo. The beds were okay, and the aircon was excellent (you have to close the window for it to switch on). The sink... was barely attached to the wall, so I could not lean on it. Also...the bathroom was tiny, so be careful if you slip over, as there were no bath mats and nothing to stop water from going on the floor. I overpaid for what I got. It was 10/10 for the staff...everything else was very mediocre or didn't work correctly. A mirror would have been good, also! I wouldn't go here again if I were by myself.

The staff are so kind and helpful. They did so much for us; they showed us how to use the aircon and where they would keep our bags when we checked in and out. They were always more than happy to help. The location is directly outside the central train station so after a day of travelling it was great to put our bags away.
