We liked the comfort rooms, the good location and the hospitality and kindness of the owners. The surrounding nature and the silence all around made our stay wonderful.

This is not any fault of this property but my BMW car navigation system did not show the right road, and showed farm road which was not suitable for normal car. Maybe it would be good to check the right road before your travel. Google map showed the right one.

The property is located in the middle of the vineyard, and every morning we watched sheep flock walking around with watch dogs. The owner is very supportive and explained lots of tourist destinations around the property. The apartment itself is a historical building but has modern equipment including AC. If you book, you can have dinner and breakfast. We had dinner, and the taste of local home made pasta were excellent.

There is a very long unmade road which we did not enjoy and we did get a puncture. Make sure you have good tyres.

Family run. Excellent service. Super little restaurant overlooking Tuscan beauty, although small menu, sufficient for us each evening. They even took us back and forth to Quirico during the evening. Enjoyed learning about how the family have established their Agriturismo and are producing their own wine and olive oil. Our apartment was large and well equipped, with terrace and expansive space for relaxing.

Great apartment (Mandorlo), well equipped and spacious. Aircon in all rooms, very welcome in hot summer of 2023. Excellent bbq in the garden. Location in Val d’ Orcia is very good, close to all the beautiful towns and sights. Lovely San Quiricio d’ Orcia is a 20 minute drive (white gravel road, but doable), with a good Coop supermarket, excellent gelateria and one of the best butchers in the region. Nearby Bagno Vignoni (visit free thermal bath Antiche Terme Romana Libere, parking down dirt road) and Pienza a must. Also highly recommended: Bagni San Filippo, magical hot spring baths hidden in the woods. Ask Kelly about sights and restaurants. And please take the opportunity to dine at Fabio’s and Kelly’s agriturismo down the road (La Moiana 1756): great food, good value for money and beautiful sunsets.

Nothing to dislike honestly but the place is accessible only via a white road. A Well kept one, and reasonably comfortable, but not feasible with a sport car

We have received the warmest welcome, with local sightseeing tips, maps and also homemade olive oil! The location is just perfect, any time of the day, the views from the house are stunning. The apartment had everything we needed, was extramely quiet and pieceful. As someone cancelled their booking, we also got an upgrade for a bigger apartment. We also tried their local wine and we can recommend you try it when there :) We are extramely grateful to Fabio, Kelly and their family to support us in our unexpected adventure with a flat tire! They helped us with picking us up, helping to organize transport for the new car pick up.. it only confirms how great people they are! We couldn't ask for more. 2 nights was definitely too little to stay there. We hope to be back. Fabio and Kelly - you are welcome for a visit in Poland!

The only thing I couldn't find was a cheese grater - is this really possible in an Italian apartment or was I just blind? :)

This is really an amazing place. The breathtaking views of Val d'Orcia, the silence and seclusion, the coziness of the apartment, the bed, the shower - everything is just perfect. And in addition you'll find everything you need, like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar and tea in the kitchen, everything needed for a barbecue, an anti insect spray, blankets for the couch... If I ever come back to Val d'Orcia, I will definitely stay here again.
