Very beautiful property in excellent location! I also loved the breakfast, which contained a lot of local and self-made products. After breakfast, it is possible to bring own food and use the dining room (no kitchen access though, but cold food can be stored in the minibar). Very attentive staff. Great for our small daughter.

Great place outside of Bologna in a beautiful rural setting, great views. Located on a farm that feels more like a park. Very friendly and accommodating property manager (Chiara).

Everything was great, lovely place and wonderful and helpful hosts. My only suggestions for tiny improvements would be maybe a little more detailed breakfast (more fruit for example or generally more choices) and to consider the possibility of not recommending the accommodation for kids as there are not many guests at a time and everyone is very close.

Very tranquil, just off a main rod but you wouldn’t know it.Nice pool, loungers provided, we had a studio flat.. was very equipped, mini bar items at reasonable prices. Bus stop into Bologna around a 15-20min walk away but easily accessible. The owner advised us there was a problem with the pump for the toilet- the gave us another room to use the bathroom and a small gift( wine) in way of compensation.

Beautiful gardens and pool, friendly staff, good restaurants and supermarket a short walk away. All accessible on public transport and a short walk. Excited to plan another trip to come back.

Only one thing can be improved and that is the shower cabin, it is very narrow, but of course this is not a big problem.

We was in double room on the ground floor with access to the beautiful garden.The room is enough big and comfortablre,very ligth and charming in typical Italian style.Chiara and Federico are very kind and helpful.The location is close to Bologna and it is easy to look around,but only if you have a car.We liked a lot our stay. Ps.The place is very quiet and the best thing for me is that the birds woke us up in the morning.

The rural setting is a little difficult to access, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes.

The rooms are lovely and the setting is quaint. There was a slight misunderstanding due to booking.com’s listings but the owner was very accommodating to resolve the issue.

Breakfast was simply, but very fresh and tasty. No restaurant in hotel, but no problem to order some food from near restaurant. Hotel garden was very nice, really good for relax after arrival. Like that place

Everything was excellent.

We spent one night here and we loved it. Our only regret was that we could not spend a bit more time. The place is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Everything was as described and we had a very pleasant few moments there. The biggest asset of the place, however, is its owner. Despite our dog going on a barking crisis he was calm and willing to help. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous gardens, we were made very welcome with our 3 small dogs. Perfect place to stop over enroute from Ancona ferry to Calais. Room was lovely with Aircon, and comfortable bed. We will stop again next year.
