Very special place in a gorgeous setting with such warm and friendly hosts. Massive thanks to Monica for being so wonderful with advice and taking us in her car a few times. There is a bus that goes to Florence outside property which we thought was very handy! We also really like the main centre of Impruneta, very local and relaxed vibe. Wine and olive oil is exceptional and we bought some back home :)

The buses to and from Florence only run until 7pm at night, the bus stops near the village can be unreliable, we had to pay for taxi twice once at check out and once from a late night in Florence. Not the property’s fault, but in general there are many insects and lizards around since you’re in a village, but the inside was clean!

Really nice hosts, Monica was really helpful, they offered us a ride to and from Impruneta for a pizzeria. She offered laundry service. A nice quiet villa in Tuscan countryside, kitchen was well equipped with coffee kettle and powder.

We were impressed how beautiful was our apartment. Very homey. Owners were sweet and gentle. I can say that everyone who stayed in this Agriturismo , felt as part of some family or community. Also swimming pool I would like to give compliments - relaxing under grape patio after swimming in clean and big swimming pool , doesn´t have price. Just compliments-wonderful! Breakfast ( typical Italian) was already in our apartment, Including many different yoghurts, milk, bread , jam and all type sweets (cookies, brioche) were filled up daily. I did appreciate these big bottles of water as with heat , the water is so welcome.

The third bed was very uncomfortable

The owner was friendly. The hotel is located in the countryside. Pets are allowed in the hotel. The room was very cute and has a lot of nice decorative and wonderful view. Five minutes away you can find the small town with restaurants with the perfect food.

It's a bit tricky getting about without a car. We are quite good walkers but the road to the nearest town is not too long but its very busy and there is no footpath.

Lovely accommodation set in hills above Florence. Our host provided water, milk, juice and snacks.. Also coffee and tea making facilities provided. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our apartment was very nice and we had a balcony with a nice view. There was a very nice pool in the grounds, which , sadly we did not use.We did not have a car so getting about was a bit tricky, but there is a limited bus service right beside the property .

Breakfast was the only thing that made me wish for more. It was enough in quantity, but it didn’t match the rest of the location. Something homemade would’ve perfectly completed an otherwise excellent stay.

Gorgeous place near Florence, simple and rustic, makes you immerse in another world. Big thumbs up for the pool.

We needed a better lighter to light the gas burners in the kitchen.

Nice location not far from Impruneta. Loved the “Old World Charm” of an Italian farm. Nice pool. Sweet lady who owns the agriturismo.

If there were some taxi-service in Impronetu it would be fine. If Olmi Grossi had a restaurant of it's own that would of course be excellent for the guests!

The location is very challenging because of the heavy traffic for people who like to walk a lot. We did not rent a car so it was excellent that the staff of Olmi Grossi organized us transportation when needed.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

The location, the ambiance, the pool, the friendlyness. The kitchen is usefull. With homemade olive oil and wine to buy and use. Peacefull and nice view.

We bought some extra things ourselves for breakfast (bread, eggs etc). Just a thing to keep in mind if you want more than sweet stuff + yoghurt for breakfast.

We loved it! Nice room with balcony and view. Close to Florence, we took the bus not far from the hotel. And we enjoyed the pool as well!

We booked what we thought was a two bed specifc room with a loft which matched the pictures on our booking --- i.e., my son had just arrived from overseas and the loft allowed a seperate sleeping area for him to get extended sleep time and recover from jet lag BUT the owner intitally directed us to a different room with two beds together in the same area. Not sure if a "bait and switch" was going on but had to push a little to get the right room. The place was promoted as providing breakfast which was not the case. To be fair, they did have a fridge with some yogurt and water and a stock of cookies and such available in the room. The owner did later provide some fruit and honored a request for a bottle of wine when we departed to make up for the bit of miscommunication.

Nice traditional facility in a reasonable location in the country near Florence. They provided basic accommodations in an obviously older building but it worked for us. I did appreciate that this owner INCLUDED the local city tax in the quote through Booking.Com (unlike most others) which should be a standard and required practice by Booking.Com.

I travelled to 106 countries and thousands of hotels, this was by far the worst breakfast I had been offered. I mean we come to a Fram stay in Tuscany with breakfast included we are expecting home cooked breakfast or a basket or something, instead she tells us, this is a traditional Italian way of breakfast self service, and she give us biscuits, backed dried crackers, and some tiny plastic Nutella and jan, and long life milk, and that's it! no bread, nothing nothing fresh, only packed stuff the kind that has more than a year expired dates, so we are stuck with stuff that no way my family can eat, and I was a Sunday so we couldn't buy anything. to her credit, she came back with half a load of bread and 5 tomotatos which we fried and ate, until the next day the shops opened. worst food experience ever! too bad because the place was so nice otherwise.

Vey rude host. Very tiny beds, impossible for tall persons. The host did not make us feel welcome and almost kicked us out at 9:00am. We are born travelers and stayed in many RB&B in this area and we do not recommend this one.

I think I put it in the wrong spot, but I just wanted to say that Monica and Alberto were absolutely phenomenal hosts. They helped us in every way possible from getting to different areas when we didn’t have a vehicle. I just wanted to say that we would definitely stay in their beautiful little bed-and-breakfast again!
