Sabrina is an excellent host. The location is perfect, very quiet. The apartment is super clean. They make homemade olive oil. I would come back here again.

The mattress was very firm.

Our host Sabrina was there whenever we needed help. They produce delicious olive oil on the farm, which we were able to purchase. The rooms are spacious. The location is ideal - peaceful, with views of the nearby valleys, Temple S. Biagio and Montepulciano. It was a 30-min walk up to Montepulciano.

This is not a dislike just a note-You cannot control the thermostat/heat but Sabrina adjusted it for us when we asked. You can also turn off the radiators in the room if you need to.

Agriturismo Pescaia was lovely. Sabrina was very responsive and kind. The home is decorated tastefully and was extremely clean. Sabrina had coffee, milk, water, olive oil that her family produces,and some biscuits and jam for us to enjoy.

Very quiet location with awesome views. Quick walk/ drive to Montepulciano center. Very peaceful surroundings. Large rooms and spacious house. Very lovely host who also recommeded places to visit and restaurants to try.

We stayed for five nights in this great apartment. It is located on a property so very quiet and the views are gorgeous. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It is in walking distance to the Temple of San Biagio which was built in the 1500’s. I would recommend a car to drive into Montepulciano to explore the town itself though. It's very hilly and there's a lot to see so plenty of walking to be done. We met both Sabrina, Serena & their parents and they are all lovely. We were also lucky enough to given a bottle of their own wine which was delicious. Their cute little dog Maya visited us daily also which was great as were missing our own. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The view is amazing and the host is wonderful Sabrina and her father went out the way and came to pick us up at the station they even helped us to rent a car . She gave very good options to see the places around and even suggested a good Vineyard. Would to come back if traveling to Tuscany.

The place was wonderful! Very clean and neat. Had everything we needed for two nights stay. The host family was so nice. A little bit hard to go in especially at night so make sure you check in early. The morning view over the hill was fantastic.

Nothing really. Bed was very firm. Toilet cistern was noisy at night but we just closed bathroom door.

Great position to access Montepulciano town and also, at the same time, very quiet and scenic. Lovely tuscan cottage and very well equiped with all that is needed. Sabrina and her family were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. No washing machine but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away. Great for exploring the countryside - Pienza is worth a visit. Definitely need car access - property is on a gravel track. Would highly recommend.

A bit far away but really nice if look for a peaceful vacation!

We liked the place, very good for a long stay for a family.... Calm and very kind hosts! They also let us find the necessary for breakfast even of not included! A family conducted farm, in October they harvest olives!

A really homely place to stay. The staff were amazing with great restaurant recommendations just outside of the city. The atmosphere was really cosy and unique, away from the business of town. The views in the morning and evening were amazing. We also managed to have lovely bbq and the kitchen was very well equipped. The cot provided for our baby was also really good. Thank you!!!!

Everything!!! Great location, great views, greay rooms, great hosts. needed more time at the properly. Hosts were so accommodating considering the late no arrival due to car trouble.
