Great view Very clean

The apartment is very rustic and could do with modernising, especially the kitchen and bathroom. For the price, I would have expected the kitchen to be better equipped - it contained the basics, but nothing more, even the 'coffee machine' turned out to be just a moka!

It's in a lovely location, though the road up to the apartments is quite challenging. The pool and surroundings are beautiful and very well kept, there is an outside seating area and a large barbecue for use by guests. There is a large TV and the WIFI worked very well.

No food was included and hosts only offered a bottle of water in fridge. It also would have been nice to have been provided a brochure or some information on the property.

The location was spectacular. A secluded winery with amazing views of Tuscany and surrounding wineries.

Cleaning service doing rooms late at night, surely there must be a time for cleaning service (particularly when vacuum cleaners are used). If the resort had even just a coffee shop where guests could have breakfast or buy refreshments, that would make the stay even more comfortable.

Beautiful setting amidst olive trees. Pool was a refreshing bonus after a hot summer day, discovering the surrounding areas. Hospitable staff and sweetest bonus 'Porgo' the cat of the resort.

There is very little to improve, however the air-conditioning would be a good idea. Although when the nights were very hot ( > 40degrees outdoors during the day) we were given ( at request) extra fans that helped with a calmer sleep.

The stay in Poggio Bonelli was an excellent family experience, with a fairy-tale landscape around and extremely kind and helpful service. It exceeded our expectations and allowed for a lovely and relaxing time, despite the July heat wave.

The best accommodation with great staff. The accommodation was not directly at the address, but that doesn't matter. The location was even better with a beautiful view, everything clean and tidy, a room with air conditioning and a beautiful swiming pool. If we ever return to Tuscany, we will definitely book our apartment again. Thanks Giuliana

Unfortunately the wifi connection was poor and one of us had to work remotely, there was a problem with fast connection.

This place was beautiful! It was an amazing experience, the house is beautiful and so is the surrounding. The apartment was big and had all we needed. The pool was nice and had stunning views. I absolutely recommend staying there!

Attention to details felt missing (e.g. hair dryer was working but broken, buttons on oven were broken but the oven itself worked). Host was a bit irritated when we asked to stay a couple of hours longer at the pool.

The view has been nice, very clean inside and host was very accommodating. Wifi worked overall well. The fan in the bedroom and mosquito nets everywhere were highly appreciated!

Rooms were quite hot. The fan and A/C only in one room. But manager took feedback well.

Unfortunately the host seemed to be a bit stressed and was not very accommodating when we had a full day of No access to water during a hot summer day. Things can happen however we were disappointed how it was handled. On our own initiate, we had to take pool water to flush the toilet, but couldn’t shower or make food for a full day. The “compensation” were two bottles of wine which didn’t seem fair for full pay but without being able to use the facilities. Customer management/ Hospitality needs to be worked on. The WiFi didn’t work for us in our apartment at all.

We came back to this place for another stay and we’re first positively surprised. This time our apartment had an AC and it felt like an upgrade.

The homepage states that there is possibility for free laundry, this is apparently not the case - considering we chose Poggio Bonelli for this reason, that was really disappointing. It also states that there are 2 pools. which is kind of misinforming, considering that they so far apart (more than 1 km) that you will only use the one closes to your apartment. The pool at our house, could also use a bit more daily cleaning (there was a lot of leaves and debris at the bottom of the pool).

The house we had (Vinaccia) had a good size for 4 people and had all necessary facilities. It was situated away from the other apartments. The outdoor grill area (shared with all the other guests) was very good.

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights. The apartment they assigned for us has no balcony and need to take the stairs to reach our flat. Even inside the house has full of stairs and need to take the steps again in order to reach the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom! We have already passed the middle age and it was uncomfortable for me to be honest. The place though was neat and clean and the pool was sparkling blue. But it was not as what I was expecting! I thought we could have a mini porch as we opened the door like what was shown in their advertisement but it was totally different! I complained, but the receptionist told me that the reason is because I booked through booking.com, there you go! Should I come back? Well, if they will do some upgrading in terms of services like breakfast, extra pillows and air-conditioned room then maybe I will 😊! Nonetheless, The entire Tuscany is wonderful and Irene is beautiful. ✌️

Service not very attentive. No basics (salt, oil etc.) in the kitchen, also limited cooking ware. There were only two of each (plates, cups etc.), so we had to do dishes constantly. No air conditioning.

Beautiful location amidst olive trees and a vineyard. Good size apartment, very clean. Nice clean pool, outside terraces and common areas.
