The owner - Mauro is very helpful, the garden is soooooooooooo beautiful, breakfast was excellent. The pool was certainly a plus in hot summer day. Restaurant recommended by Mauro was nearby with good food and price. This is like a gem for us.

Mauro was a nice and friendly host. If you read the description and reviews well you know what to expect. We liked it and enjoyed a dip in the nice pool too. Yeah you can hear the highway nearby, but it didn’t bother us so much, it’s not the end of the world.

One of our two rooms had a musty smell. The AC in the other room did not work well. Neither was a huge problem, but were noticeable.

Beautiful property and view. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the use of the pool. Staff and owners were friendly and attentive.

Villa Luca is a jewel. Lovely room with terrace overlooking beautiful grounds. Nice terrace and good food for breakfast. Although we did not use the pool it was inviting! We would return.

I can't find anything I didn't like.

I loved the grounds which were well kept and breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant! Our room was quaint and very clean. Mauro, the owner, went above and beyond to help us rent a car and ship some items back to the US. Angela, housekeeper, was so sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The pool was extremely well maintained and a relaxing environment.

The WIFI is not password protected, it is suspected as not secure enough

Mauro the host is a very nice and welcoming person, and most importantly for the foreign tourists, one can communicate with him in English. The site itself is wide and full of flowers and plants and the swimming pool is a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The room is simple but comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is reasonable.

As others mentioned, it is very close to the highway and the noise can be heard from the garden/pool . You can’t hear it from inside the rooms. We had a one night stay and it didn’t bother us at all, but something some people should be aware of.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had the best breakfast in our entire stay in Sicily. The property has a nice complex garden which the hosts seem to pay a lot of attention to. We had the entire place to ourselves and we spent a lot of time in the pool area. The hosts were hospitable and helpful.

Convenient to the autostrada. Quiet property with lush greenery and a beautiful swimming pool. The owners are nice. There are various things for breakfast at your choosing. Room was large and clean. Property is quiet , can hear cars on the autostrada at times if windows are open. Air conditioning unit in room. Can walk to town in 11 minutes, but it’s a hill that you have to come back up the other way. Town also has a beach and restaurants that, if you drive, is three minutes by car.

Very close to highway, very frequent passing of vehicles and noise can be quite annoying though I guess one would get used to it. Rooms however have double-glazing windows which goes a long way to mitigate.

Airy and spacious place, quite pleasant. Large garden and swimming pool gives a sense of space whilst being close to the town. Second time there and will return.

The pool was closed (May). Also very little places to sit, and no cushions on the beach chairs. The nearby village: not much to do or see and restaurants not very good at all. Motorway nearby which you can hear clearly.
