Huge room (rooms) in historic building, located in excellent lication to explore La Kala area. Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to park on street and easy ten minute walk away.

The room is very big and the location is very good, close to the train station and bus station. I can reach any tourist attraction on foot.

I feel the photos used to advertise the property on this website are very misleading and not accurate. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette of which the photos are correct. However, there are photos shown of a much larger room and a seating area with a sofa. We assumed this was part of the rental apartment.This area is actually part of Rosi's private residence! Whilst it was not a problem for us I feel these photos are highly misleading and the host should consider removing images of parts of the property which are private.

Rosi was a great host and offered us lots of local knowledge and information. The linen was very clean and freshly washed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent.

The photos and description implied there was a seating area and kitchen that was separate to sleeping areas. In fact, the second bedroom is in the kitchen/dining area. We are a family of 5 but the place was clearly meant for 4 max as there were 4 dining chairs. We had a lovely stay but the Booking.com description was a little misleading.

Great location. V comfy double bed. Air con v efficient. Beautiful wardrobe! Plenty good quality towels. Having our own entrance was superb.

I really cannot think of any problem. If I really try hard to find a negative, I guess, maybe the towels could have been a little softer.

Mrs Loria is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The property is unique, and the decor is tasteful and authentic. The location is amazing, in the middle of downtown, within walking distance from the major attractions. So close to the the Antica Focacceria, we ate so many arancini! A rare find. I was with family, it would also be a great place for a romantic getaway.

Hostess extremely welcoming and helpful. Place and rooms have lots of character. Location in historic center, calm square, but next to convivial street with small cafes and bars and a great restaurant Antica Foccaceria.

Its a historic town, so I had nowhere to park and had a bit of extra work with finding the right place. Entrance through the main doors took us to 3 sets of stairs we had to climb with full luggage. Property had nice living room that was sort of closed off, and we were not invited to use it. Shower and hot-water is a hustle. The most difficult was to get in and out of the property with all the different doors and keys, but on the other hand, I guess that is something to be expected in buildings that are hundreds years old.

The apartment was a good size and location was great. Within walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to see and enjoy. The owner is super kind lady.

Clear instructions as to location,, particularly for people arriving by car, as front door of property is in a pedestrian area ---cobled streets very difficult when one has biggish cases.

There was no breakfast because of pandemic. Location was excellent-- very central. Good advice re local restaurants.Host charming.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the historical center of the city. Tons of bars and restaurants just outside the door. 20 minutes walking to the larger tourist attractions. The apartment is amazingly quiet for the location. Clean, spacious, well-secured, comfortable, and air conditioned. And the history of the space makes it extra special.

There was a miscommunication with the property about the parking, which was not in the housing but rather 15 min walk away. It was an initial shock but the host helped us manage.

The room was very spacious and the furniture was absolutely unique and baroque. The host was very welcoming and polite. She told us about the history of the housing and Sicily. There was air conditioning and the bathroom was also very top notch and clean. The housing is in the center of Palermo and is within 5 min walk of the main streets.

Like in other reviews, the pictures provided seemed to be of the private residence and not the actual unit. We were expecting the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room as pictured for the rate we paid. The front entrance faces a beautiful church but the private entrance for guests is around the corner, on Via dei Cartari

The owner was very nice and the apartment was very clean. The location was within 10 minutes walking of the historical district, close to restaurants and the markets.

The rooms are at the back of the appartement. The beautiful pictures of the living room is from the owner as a guest you don't have access to it. That was a big disappointment.

The owner is nice, the location is great, the place is comfortable with 2 bedrooms separated by a wooden door.
