Very nice and clean hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Staff in the hotel is very kind. The woman and the man in the reception were very helpful. Tania and George, thank you very much. The breakfast was good..and the staff in the dining room was great!! The location of the hotel is very close to gondola.

Very expensive drinks at the bar

This place just exceeds expectations in all areas. From the drinks and snacks when you get back from a day of skiing to the wellness centre - it's heavenly!

The hotel overall made a great impression on us. From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

The curtains in the room did not make the room very dark, also the outdoor lighting did not help, not able to switch it off.

We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options.

Modern place with local touch in it! Ideal place to stop for ski trip. Next door ski rental, grocery Store 100m, ski lift 450m, sauna and spa in the house, restaurants around the corner! Plus so lovely staff!

The people working here, managing the hotel. The cleanless everywhere. The food is simply delicious, especially dinners. I like that the cleaning ladies know exactly when to clean the room and we never had to wait.

The atmosphere was great, and the hotel facilities are New and very very nice! We did check in late (it was dark and Cold ❄️) and the team let us use the parking lot for free. Breakfast - great, the best espresso i ever had

That we could stay only one night, although we had booked for 2 nights with half-board. We definitely have to come back.

Very late arrival due to car trouble: girl at the reception was very friendly and understanding. Beautiful and comfortable room. Nice breakfast. we can't judge the dinner (half board), because of our late arrival

My only gripe (very minor) is that you had to walk outside around the hotel to the ski room with no internal link.

The breakfast food was average and the coffee in the morning pretty bad. The pricing of the rooms was not transparent: I booked two rooms for two adults and because we had 3 people coming they charged us significantly more for a double room booked because of the extra person that came. This was not communicated at the start of the stay and we ended up having to pay an extra 50% just for one person more sleeping in the double room and eating breakfast. The cost seemed excessive and not transparently communicated both on Booking.com and by the hotel staff at arrival. We left disappointed since the stay ended up costing 50% more than we had anticipated and was disposed at the time of booking.

The property is very modern, clean and in a great location. The spa access is excellent and the spa lady who gave massages and treatment was very nice and professional.
