PolandThe hotel overall made a great impression on us. From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options.

United StatesThe breakfast food was average and the coffee in the morning pretty bad. The pricing of the rooms was not transparent: I booked two rooms for two adults and because we had 3 people coming they charged us significantly more for a double room booked because of the extra person that came. This was not communicated at the start of the stay and we ended up having to pay an extra 50% just for one person more sleeping in the double room and eating breakfast. The cost seemed excessive and not transparently communicated both on Booking.com and by the hotel staff at arrival. We left disappointed since the stay ended up costing 50% more than we had anticipated and was disposed at the time of booking.
The property is very modern, clean and in a great location. The spa access is excellent and the spa lady who gave massages and treatment was very nice and professional.
