I would rate the hotel somewhere at 2 stars, the furniture is old and everything needs to be renovated.

The location of the hotel is very good, being close to the airport. Another advantage is that the host is very communicative and provides all the necessary information. The transport from and to the airport was very important in choosing the location, which cost 10 euros per person each way.

Very close to planes taking off and landing so very loud but we stayed here just one night so it wasn’t bad.

The receptionist was really friendly, cosy, clean room, easy to get from airport just take bus number 6, it will take you there. Close to the beach and market. Beach is very empty so its very peaceful there:)

Noisy (ok I understand being close to Airport I can't complain of aircrafts flying over but still impossible to sleep up to 23.30). Nothing in the surroundings, we had to walk 15mins to have dinner

This small hotel is close to the airport. The staff is very nice and room is clear. The suttle bus is good for the people to catch the early flights. The bar bearby is convinent for having simple breakfast.

A liitle confusing in regards to getting there and the use of a shuttle and how to get back to the airport . There was a lack of clarity regarding how this all worked The hotel is effected by the fact that it is on the flight path to the airport although the room was reasonably well insulated and flights did stop a night

Of course. Being so close to the airport means plane noise overhead. It ends and starts at decent hours, and we slept well.

If just needing a close place to stay before going to or from FCO: this is a nice little place. No stairs to climb. Good bed. Bathroom is small, but has good shower and lighting. Staff is very helpful and arranges dependable transportation to and fro, if asked. Charge is 10 euros per person, per ride. Each little ‘casita’ has a patio and table and chairs. An adjacent facility has coffee and snacks available.

There wasn't one I didn't like

Thank you again for the accommodation. It was very clean, cozy and functional. It was nice to sit on the terrace in the evening and enjoy an evening meal. We have one suggestion. Some of your customers complain about airplane noises. Would it be possible for you to deliver disposable earplugs to the guests in the accommodation (as there is now water, coffee and tea). We would think that it would reduce the number of negative feedbacks due to noise and might also increase the number of positive feedbacks even more (since you take such good care of the well-being and rest of the customers). This wasn't a problem for us because my wife always carries earplugs with her when traveling (because of my snoring). Best regards, Jarkko Miettinen, Finland

The only thing was that we couldn’t book a shuttle to pick us up from the airport for a specific time, only once we were at the meeting point, so we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up. The shuttle is a private company though so not directly responsibly of the hotel.

Very nice staff, good communication before arrival. The hotel is a 10 minute ride away from the airport (shuttle can be arranged with hotel staff) and a 10 minute walk away from the beach. There is a cafe by the hotel and a couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood to enjoy dinner at.

15 minute shuttle from the airport at 1am, 10 euros pp/each way. Easy after-hours check-in. Nearby cafe with good espresso and croissants for breakfast. The pistachio cream-filled croissants were wonderful!

It’s super close to the airport, if you don’t book the airport shuttle with the hotel you can take the Cotral bus from terminal 1! Everything was super clean, the ac worked good same as the wifi!

The bathroom is very small and that makes it inconvenient. The shuttle service (10 € per person) from the airport only makes sense for one person and becomes expensive than a cab for two or more people.

We had a late night flight and there was no public transport to the city at that time. We booked this room as this was close to the airport. The reception is not 24 hours and as we arrived late in the night the staff helped us with the self check in and everything went smooth. The room was decent, the patio in front of the room was cute and the stay is very close to the beach. We stayed here in December so the proximity to the beach wasn't very useful to us.

The hotel would do well to install a Wi-Fi repeater closer to the rooms so that the signal from the router could reach them and be usable. We were unable to use the Wi-Fi at all.

We stayed in room number four, and found that since the router was in the office area, the signal diminished to almost none in the room.

I wouldnt say it was a negative, more a reality reminder. There was aircraft noise until about 11pm, but thats to be expected as you are conveniently located next to the airport.

Great location near the airport for a quick overnight stay in a basic, comfy and clear room. Veronica the receptionist made contact with me via WhatsApp and was there when I arrived around 8pm. She also reset my pick up time for the early (4am) transfer using the convenient BluParking Transfer to and from the airport, so very efficient service. If you are using the BluParking transfer from the airport, just a reminder the pick up location is on the DEPARTURES level not arrivals.
