The room was clean and nice Fully equipped kitchen Location near the city center It was a bit cold for us but we were there in December

I guess we were unlucky, 2 out of 5 nights we didn't have water, but the whole buliding was affected, not just this flat, and the host tried to manage the situation quickly, and texted us everytime he had some news.

Very good location, easy communication with the host, quite authentic room, had everything we needed, the shared kitchen was also very good, and we slept in the best bed so far.

We stayed around Easter and it was a bit cold in the room at that time as the AC did not work very well. Luckily there were extra blankets.

The owner was friendly and the room was very beautiful traditional Italian style.

The shower is a bit narrow and not very well lit. The kitchen cleanliness could be improved. The b&b is located in an old and neglected building: this might put off tourists who are not familiar/used to this kind of buildings.

Easy check-in. Antonio contacted us a few days before our arrival to explain how to access the room with detailed videos. Very useful! During our stay Antonio has been super available and responded quickly to all our requests. The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. The location is ideal to visit the city centre.

The area was rather sketchy.. It was extremelly noizy.. The kitchen and the living room were shared with another apartment which was not clear to us from the description. The building was very old and the adjucent floors and apartments seemed abandoned.. It was on the second floor without elevator. There was a light switch on the way up but on the way down we had to use the flash lights on our mobiles. Although nothing happened it didn't feel very safe to sleep in a deserted building..

Very close to the center of Katania. Everthing was at walking distance. Not to difficult to find free parking space close to the apartment.. The apartment was clean and spacious. There owner immediately answered on-line all our queries for information although we never met him in person.

We stayed at the second floor and there wasn’t light at the entrance so we used our phone flash to go at our room which was very scary for me. The way to go to our room looked like abounded with dust. I think this was because they made renovations at the entrance because of the freshly painted entrance door.

Antonio was the best!! it was the one of the best things that we had there the other one was the location because it was too close to everything. If you don’t want to walk a lot at have everything near by you is the best place. Antonio gave us advices for everything and help us a lot. Thanks for everything but the house need some renovation to be the best.

We've visited Catania for birthday celebrations, the host welcomed us with the birthday cake, what was very unexpected and sweet of him. We were able to spent several relaxing days.

In the windows, the semi-transparent curtains could be replaced with thicker curtains so that the tenants are not awakened by sunlight in the morning.

Good safe localization, the apartment is very spacious, clean, in the kitchen there is coffee and many other food products that make life easier, such as sugar, salt or olive oil. Wonderful host with whom we had easy communication via Whatsapp.

The negative things about the room we stayed were mostly regarding on the noises during the night. The room has the window on a busy and noisy street, the bed is squickling quite bad at every move and also there was a water pump that you can hear, every time water is used. (by the other guests also)

The location was great close to the Ursina castle and the center. We managed to find parking spaces even though is a crowded area. Room was spacious and also I had a good communication with the host.

I cannot name anything which we didn't like. Huge like to the place and the location.

Amazing apartment with the best location ever. Very cozy and spacious place literally 4 mins walk distance from the best bars, restaurants and city center. Definitelly worth to visit. We will go back for sure. Ps: food is excellent and very cheep in Catania.

The location is wonderful. Also, the owner always contacts with us via Whatsapp. The kitchen is shared and it is super clean. You can find coffee machine and coffee. (There are enough glass, plates etc). The bathroom is private and superclean too. You can reach the beach by walking (nearly 25 mins). In addition, you can reach by bus (nearly 21 mins). In booking commnets, we saw bad internet connection. I dont agree with these comments. Wifi works so fast.
