A later check-out would have been preferable, but we were still able to use the spa after check out.

The food was incredible, there was so much choice, and they catered for all. The wine and the bar were all you could wish for. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The spa was wonderful, particularly the outdoor pool with great views. The room was stunning, wish we could have stayed longer, we didn't want to leave.

Honestly there was nothing to bad to report maybe just the lunch time was not this much of what we expected , I might recommend more main course and more variety of of fish or meat dishes .

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic , there was a massive choice of variety’s food and service was also pretty good . Definitely I would recommend to order something on the menu list cause you have buffet choice plus at the table you will find a menu list specifically for breakfast, so many option you will get like such a lovely potches eggs . Comfortable dining room , nice design e decoration which embrace even more the atmosphere and the food quality .

We are picky travellers with myself having been for many years a GM of a well known five star city hotel. But here is nothing negative to report.

Spent here one night with my two sons (21 and 19 yo), between a week activities in the mountains and a week of watersport activities on the Garda lake. To spoil ourselves mid-way and enjoy a lazy Sunday. The hotel was perfect for that. We opted for a late check-out which allows you to stay as long as you want the next day. Although facilities are great, what we liked the was the service and the friendliness of the staff. Although you could sense it is early in the season and probably one of the first busy weekends and some team members still need to get their bearings, the friendliness and can do attitude makes largely up for it. Not a fan usually of all exclusive packages and actually didn't notice while booking the suite, it actually turned out a great formula for us. Diner was exceptionally good and is worth mentioning.

Food: lunch / afternoon buffet were pretty terrible. Lunch consists of the salad bar (same as the one at dinner) with 1 pasta and 1 meat option, which often were both dire. The 'afternoon buffet' was the lunch, but without the pasta and meat options, and without the cakes as promised. Activities: upon arrival, we were told that there was yoga the next evening, and then we could go on a walk the day after. We turned up on the morning of the walk to take part, but were then told that we needed to book the day before to go on it. This is rather disappointing, especially since no one told us about the need to book the day before. Room temperature: I would avoid coming here during the summer - as the rooms do not have A/C and when we came to stay in May, it was hard to sleep. In general, we would have appreciated better explanations as to what to expect. E.g. that we need to book to go onto the walk, the locations where we could have lunch (we didn't realise that we could have it on the terrace!), the times when you could order cocktails (it's after 3pm).

Food: breakfast was great - loved the juicer, large range of egg options, and on the whole it was fab. Dinner every night was also great - plenty of options, wine pairing with meals was great too. Bar: great mixologists who made excellent drinks!
