The location is excellent. Just a street away from the Vatican museum. Very nice and safe neighborhood, a bit away from the central area which is very crowded. The property itself is in a very nice building, everything was very clean and it was very quiet at night even though you share the place with other people. The breakfast was also very good. Vitto recommended a great Italian restaurant near the property and we had dinner there every night during the stay.

The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable, hot shower and very quiet. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk to the Vatican.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful owners. Excellent location, within walking distance of must- see and holy places such as St. Peters’s Basilica and the Vatican museums. Public transport right under our noses. Room is cozy, there is everything you need. Thank you a lot.

Everything was excellent! Hosts were nice, place was clean and cleaned everyday. Location is just perfect, we even walked to Piazza Navona from there or just few metrostations away from simply everything. There are nice restaurants around and a big attractive market across the street. Of course the Vatican is few minutes walking away. Breakfast was also very nice and there was something different every morning. Our toddler also liked the place and. If you are doubting about noise from the street, after 23:00 everything is getting calm quiet even in the weekend. If you are e few families as a company it would be perfect for you because the whole place will be for you only.

Location was good and property very clean. Staff were friendly and assisted with tourist attractions in Roma. Good location, easy to find. Close to Vatican, if that is your interest. Bus station in front of property. A city Bus tour operator office in adjacent street. Breakfast was a major highlight for me. Thank you Alba and team!

The only thing I can think of that could improve slightly is the coffee - but I have to admit that I am really picky when it comes to the coffee so it might be the reason why it did not suit my taste in particularly. Everything else was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Alba Sul Vaticano. The apartment is located only few minutes away from Vatican with lots of really nice restaurants right around the corner. It's nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast area is very cosy and there is something sweet and salty served every morning We were very happy to see different kind of hams, cheeses and bread, we are not really fans of sweet breakfasts (we know it's popular in Italy) so it's very thoughtful on our host side to include something for guests with different preferences. A nice music was always playing for guests in the background during the breakfast - I very much enjoyed starting the day this way! Our hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful, we were allowed to leave the luggage for a half of the day in the apartment in the day when we checked out - this helped us greatly as we had our fight late in the evening. We highly recommend this place.

Location was Superb! The host was very nice. Rooms are cozy with everything you need. Great breakfast offering. The hosts are very nice recommending you ways to get from A to B. We were allowed to leave our luggage there on the day of the checkout and go back for them later. Really nice experience, would book with them next time I'm in Rome, too!

Small things to note... The thing that could improve are the pillows which provide almost no neck support (you can try folding them in half, that helped). Also, there was like a muffled washing-machine-like sound that you could hear every 45s for about 5-10s (probably from the water heater/boiler), which was somewhat irritating. Regardless of all of this, the stay was great!

The hosts were amazing - very friendly and helpful! The location is right next to the entrance of the Vatican museums, it's also close to the metro and the bus stations that can take you anywhere. The neighborhood is also good, with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at Alba Sul and highly recommend it!

Everything was good. The small ecxeption is that the bed lamella in our room was broken from one side and was falling apart. The owner tryed to fix it on the second day, but for that moment, they just put some adhesive tape on these woods to fix the broken ones. Maybe after we left they managed to change it at all. We stayed at the room 1, 3rd floor.

Good location, friendly owner, good breakfasts, very clean, daily room service. There is everything you need for a short stay. Alba is always open for questions and is happy to advice you of needed.

The place was very close to Vatican and to metro station, so it was ideal to visit Vatican sightseeing's from one hand and take metro to the center of the town to visit other sightseeing's. Breakfast was very rich for the category of the room and people were smiling and they were very helpful as well. Room was very clean and there was daily room service.

Alba, the hostess, is a most wonderful person to know in Rome. Professional yet warm and welcoming, we appreciated the steps she took to make sure we were comfortable and well-cared for. I searched hours for the perfect place to stay near the Vatican (with a friend with mobility issues), and Alba’s place exceeded our expectations.
