We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom was smelling cigarettes, like some guest before was smoking in the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable.
The location was fantastic, near the beach, restaurants, lots of attractions like the historic port and the old town. Breakfast was good, the hotel have a rooftop view from the city. Everything was ok for a night in Otranto.

CanadaFirst off, Otranto is such a wonderful town and the perfect choice for our home base in Puglia, but what made it even better was our stay at Hotel Albania! The hotel was clean, location was perfect, staff was so friendly and helpful (especially Enza). We will definitely plan a return visit to Puglia and Hotel Albania. Truly a hidden Italian gem!

Switzerlandbreakfast offers limited varieties, and if you go for breakfast late, food (egg, fruit, etc.) that has been consumed are no longer provided. our room is at the second floor, under the canteen, the noise from the canteen can be heard clearly start from early morning. the room is big but a bit empty because of fewer furniture, and feels chilly during sleep. the season we visit is almost off, many shops and restaurants have been closed. in the 2nd evening during our stay, fire alarmed, although it's false alarm, no explanation is actively provided to the guests.
