The room was clean but dusty in the cabinet and some parts of the bathroom. The furniture was outdated. The room was a little dark.

Even though there was no staff around, the communication was not hard, they replied to every message shortly and explained everything well. After we arrived there was a storm and they warned us about it too. Beds were comfortable and big enough.

Mosquitoes in room. Buzzing of them swarming around our faces woke us up. Had to leave window open (no screens) because no remote provided for air conditioner. It wasn’t unbearably hot, but between the mosquitoes and noise from streets below the AC would have been helpful. 9 bites in one night. There was a TV remote in the room, but no TV. There was one there at some point because there was a tv remote and bracket on wall for tv. Lots of stairs and narrow hallway so pack light. Not unbearable to a two night stay but no longer.

We were told that you could never put the luggage in, so we put the luggage storage and paid 12 euros for 4 hours. We left it in the lobby the next day and when we returned it was still there, we picked it up and left. axle There is no one to talk to I find it interesting that they ask you to leave the tax on the table and leave.

The shower was particularly small and leaked water on the floor, unfortunately. That's all. Well, the entry gate/door was so heavy, and it could slam on you if you're not strong enough to hold it.

The price was decent and the bed was comfortable. Venice is for walking, and this place is easy to get to from the train or bus station. It had a nice neighborhood charm, I guess you could say. The pizza restaurant downstairs sent some tasty aromas wafting up, though we ended up not eating there. There's a great little cafe at the end of the block.

At Albergo ai Tolentino there was noise from the street, air conditioning didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The furniture was old and worn, and for that all the price was too high.

The hotel didn’t have any personnel, but it was easy, in a quite good location ja quite clean.

No staff at the hotel reception desk. Not a problem is you are a seasoned Venice traveler, however this was our first time in Venice, and it would have been helpful to have someone to answer questions. Late published check-in time does not work well with airline travelers arriving from the USA.

The cleaning staff was very helpful and prepared our room 2 hours ahead of our scheduled check-in time. The published hotel check-in time of 4 pm did not work well with our airline arrival of 9 am. However, the cleaning staff did their best to accommodate us.

The apartment is well situated, close to the train station. It is easy to get to a supermarket, laundry, bar or restaurant.
