Roberto, my host could not have been more accommodating and friendly. He was always helpful and suggestive when it came to any questions or advice about where to go that I had. His recommendations were spot on and I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Roberto and the staff, the stellar location, what more can I say? I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo female traveller. Even before I arrived they were great for contacting me to explain how to check in for a later arrival. The location is fantastic and in a safe area. The owner was so friendly and had great advice on where to visit in Florence! The room was bright and clean. 100% recommend staying here.

Our room was very clean and cozy. It felt like we were at home. The property owner was VERY kind and helped us with everything that we needed. He sat us down and showed us everywhere we need to go. The place is very well located and only a short walk from the major city attractions. Budget friendly and ideal for young travelers.

There was nothing to not like. I booked a single room which was what I got. It was small but had everything I needed and a very good en-suite shower room.

The location was great, near the train station and within walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable. Always had hot water with good water pressure.

The Internet is awful. We can't get cell phone signals inside the room. At the same time, the WiFi inside the hotel is shared by all the guests which means the speed is terrible. Therefore, we can barely use the internet when back to the hotel. Besides, the towers won't be changed until the third day, which is not mentioned in the introduction. The last things is that, the mini bar(which is empty) inside the room is almost broken. It was a car fridge but can hardly close its door. Dealing with all kinds of detailed issues is a cost of energy after a long trip.

Very clean. Excellent and warm hosts. Family hotel very caring of their guests. They explain you about the city, help you carry the luggage, etc. Very good location, 5 min walk from the station and 10 min from the centre.

Unbelievably excellent the owner of the location. Generally speaking, I checked-in to the wrong room (shame on me, it was middle of the night and I just did not notice the room number :D) and was out of the Florence so could not go back and move it. Instead, the owner said that they can do it on their own and they moved my staff to the right room without any issues. This hotel does not deserve to have a 1 star, it's a 5 star place!

- Perfect location: a 5 minute walk from the train station and there are great restaurants and historic sites very close to the apartment. - The host Roberto was very friendly and helpful, we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time, and our room was ready. - The room was spotlessly clean and freshly renovated, and very cozy. - The bed was very comfy and it was quiet at night, even though you're basically situated in the city center. - There is a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave and some light snacks in the reception area, which all the guests can use at their convenience.
