A minor thing, but I had to pay for two bottles of water whereas many hotels provide water for free.

The location was ideal since it was was just outside the city walls, it had free parking, and I could easily walk everywhere.

Size of room a little small for an extended stay but fine for a few days.

Location just outside the city walls was perfect and not so far from the train station. Check in very straight forward with extremely friendly staff especially Sonya. Room was clean and well furnished but a little on the small side for an extended stay. Breakfast was perfect and the lady serving was a credit to the hotel. Plenty of info and free bicycles was a bonus and really nothing to complain about.

Nowhere really to sit and have a drink. But restaurant next door and bistro.

The hospitality was excellent and Matteo was very professional and very helpful! The server's in the dining room was top class and very kind and lovely! Excellent hotel in every every aspect. Will definitely be returning. Free parking at hotel and it's position avoids the ztl yet a very short walk to the historic centre. They also provide a very good buffet breakfast.

A real little gem right on the edge of the old town area. Spotless rooms, plenty of comfortable common areas inside and out, friendly helpful staff, a great breakfast and an exceptional seafood restaurant attached. The room is small but otherwise perfect. Quiet location, very clean and comfortable.

It was easy to find and park a this hotel. A warm welcome at reception, smart hotel, a small but very nice room, quiet. Possibly the cleanest, sparkliest hotel we have stayed in and we travel a lot. Great team, friendly staff. One of the best breakfasts ever. Excellent.

My highest concern is with safety and both rooms we booked were with a very high and not marked step just after entering the bathroom. I almost fell down the first time I used the bathroom. If the step is unavoidable, it should be marked and also have a sign in the entrance.

The location of the facility is one of the best possible, just outside the city walls but still in a more modern building than you would get inside. Breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Clean room although a bit on the small side.

Hard to control the room temperature

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The linens were very good, as were the towels. Breakfast was fine. It could have been changed up a little each day.

They don’t turn in the air con in the cooler months so room was hot at night for us though we just opened the window which had a fly screen.

Within walking distance to the old town, Parking available, staff were friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Also had bikes so easy to ride into the old town.
