It was a little noisy outside and it disturbed our sleep, the pigeons also sit on the roof and make a lot of noise in the morning (but this can’t be helped) Would also love an extra / thicker pillow for sleeping.

It would have been better if we got the apartments next to each other, as one of them was at the reception and the other is 3 blocks away. If you like to sleep quietly, I recommend preparing with earplugs, as a local family lived above us with small children, and they were pretty loud late at night and early in the morning.

The apartments were placed in the middle of the old town, both are well-equipped. The town is absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super close by walking. First day they recommended a restaurant for us, we visited them 3 times while we were there, highly recommended. From the free parking lot they provided a free transport for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave earlier than breakfast time, in order to catch our flight and they prepared for us breakfast boxes :)

Beautiful accommodation right in the center of Monopoli. We were very satisfied. Very helpful and willing staff at the reception, they helped us with problems upon arrival.

We were completely satisfied. For us, we received a huge authentic apartment, well equipped. We didn't expect anything like that, so we were very happy. Breakfast was in a very charming breakfast room opening from a small inner courtyard. The food was served so carefully that you don't get such a breakfast in many 4-5 star hotels. It was fantastic and thank you for that. In addition, special thanks to Mario, who was available to us upon arrival and departure with the hotel's shuttle service.

The hot water ran out completely after one use. Not enough for 2 people.

Room was very clean and it was well-ubícated (in the middle of the all city). A shuttle picked us in the parking lot and took us inside the old city. Silvia was very kind to explain everything to us, she marked us the map with all places we should see. Breakfast is not included but there is a cafe near the room where you can buy it.

It was very central to the old and new town. It was a fantastic service ,we were picked up from the train station and welcomed by 2 gorgeous girls who were very friendly and helpful. Our driver carried my 20 kg bag up a flight of stairs, I’m surprised he survived! The apartment was very clean and had a lovely outdoor space.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an apartment on arrival. The apartment was just perfect. We had a great balcony which we were able to enjoy (wine and fruit). The location was fantastic! The checkin staff was very nice and they arranged to pick us up at the parking lot with our luggage. Monopoli is a beautiful town. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Such a warm welcome here . The location is superb and I would recommend Albergo Diffuso for a lovely stay in Monopoli. My room was simply furnished but practical ( even had an iron!) The small courtyard is delightful and perfect for the excellent breakfast and wonderful coffee available in the morning.

Our only 1 slight disappointment was that the 2 bedroom apartment, although modern and clean has No comfortable seating area .. no chairs or couch in the common area .. only a table and kitchen chairs

Decor was very plain - not as cute as some of the suites advertised. Guests should know about very steep stairs to suite.

Nice location, large bedroom with comfy bed. Private rooftop terrace with table and chairs, washing machine, and laundry lines (but not much of a view). Kitchen had what we needed. Mostly very quiet area yet close to all the action. Very clean.

The spiral staircase to get to the apartment was very narrow and was challenging going up and down with luggages.

The apartment was very cosy and clean! We’ve also found a bottle of Prosecco on the house for our honeymoon!!! Grazie!!!

The hotel has its rooms scattered within a close proximity of the reception and breakfast area. Our room was around the corner which was perfectly fine with us. We had to go up a narrow spiral staircase to the room which was also fine with us but this might be difficult for some people to manage. Also if you arrive by car remember to follow their instructions not to drive into the old town zone where the hotel is located. We forgot about this and it was a difficult drive to get back out, though a staff person got in our car with us and helped lead us out which was very helpful.

Good location in the heart of Monopoli. Nice breakfast with friendly staff that is served outside. Our room which was more like an apartment was very clean. Good WiFi.
