Great hotel located in the hearth of the historic centre of Monopoly. Close to all the places to see and restaurants to go to. The sea was also a 2 min walk away. Breakfast was amazing. The room we stayed in was more like a studio with a separate kitchen, so it looks great for long stays.

very friendly staff who was very helpful. Free of cost transport from and to the station was perfect. the flat was very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. Right in the center of old town Monopoli but still quiet.

The Hotel is a very nice Place, located in the center of the Town. Clean, modern, new, just the stairs might be a problem for older People ... and it is a bit confusing finding the place when you are tired.. but its an old italian village ,so lots of old narrow streets which is almost impossible with a car unless you are italian.. ;) .. and the People are very helpful and friendly..so you end up there ... its very beautiful.!!

The breakfast could be better but it was ok.

Really nice location and apartment. Very clean. nice staff. Parking transfer was great and the easy. parking is close enough to walk but the transfer is good if you have luggage. 100% recommend.

It rained alott while I was there

The location was excellent and the people extremely helpful. I did not have breakfast any morning so I cannot comment. It would be more helpful If a map of Puglia was issued with the Map of Monopoli

I liked everything.

The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. The shuttle service from the train station is a luxury I never expect and really appreciate. The café which is part of the place served a very good breakfast all’aperto. My apartment even had a washing machine! This is a find.

I highly recommend Albergo Diffuso Monopoli because of the very good location (Garibaldi Market), for their hospitalilty and because are very well organized. The ladies from the Reception speak very well English, they give us good recommendations what to visit and all the informations needed how to get there etc. Thank you for everything!

We first got worried about not having a window in our room (there’s only a front door), but it turned out for the best, as we always had a cool and chilled room to come back to :)

We loved the location! All the restaurants and lovely old town streets are right around the corner, but as the place is hidden in the little yard, it feels quiet. Along with it, we had a furniture outside where we could have breakfasts and enjoy our evenings. The shower in the room was amazing and probably the biggest we ever had while traveling, we also liked the steam-sauna feature inside. The hosts were very kind to help us with the luggage delivery from the out-of-town parking to the hotel, and back, on the check-out day.

Convenient location in historic center, beautiful terrace, simply amazing place to stay. Room very well equipped and clean. Staff were super friendly, they also arranged a pick up for us on train station. I would happily stay there again!

We would have.preferred to have our apartment on just one or two levels. The bathroom was rather cramped.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They were easy to contact when we arrived in the evening and very helpful.

I was an apartment, and it was not clean, specifically the bathroom and the little kitchen. The shower walls were full of mold stains (black ones) even though the walls were brown the stains were very bigs and the shower floor was dirty too. Also the apartment was in a second (almost third floor with an uncomfortable helical staircase) not comfortable if you have heavy baggage.
