We absolutely loved our stay here and hope we can make it back here one day just to stay with them again! The staff were so friendly and the room exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect right in the old town which is beautiful, and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day!

Our room was off the main square which made it a bit noisy but it was very manageable.

Everything was amazing. The location is right in the center of old town which makes teaching everything convenient. They offer a free shuttle to come pick you up if you are driving and walk you personally to your hotel room and show you around. It was an incredibly personal experience. The breakfast was also great and offered many options.

A bit noisy because the studio window overlooks the central square of the city.

The studio is situated in an old building in the heart of Monopoli old town. You can't reach it by car but the stuff provides a shuttle from the parking to the hotel reception.

the only slight thing was the air-con wasn’t that powerful - we managed fine with this in June but it might be uncomfortable in the height of summer.

The property itself it’s beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! the beach is on your doorstep & if you wake up early enough you can see the most beautiful sunrise on the beach.

The property was in a fantastic location and the room was very clean! We loved how big the bathroom and shower were! The breakfast was also great and they catered to me being gluten free which was amazing!

outstanding location in old town of Monopoli. short walk to town beach for morning swim and easy access to wonderful bars, restaurants and piazzas for evening entertainment. free parking and shuttle to apartment worked very well.

It is a little difficult to get to. You must part a good 15 minute walk away which is difficult with suit cases. A courtesy car to the property would solve this as they offer one back to your car after your stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was perfect and so well located.

Amazing staff, communication was great, pick up and drop off from/to free parking was excellent, room was in the middle of town which was perfect. Old building with modern rooms and furniture. Quality towels and sheets.

Room was lovely, overlooking Garibaldi Plaza. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Excellent communications from the staff re parking and they sent a driver to collect us and take us back to our car which was perfect. We would never have found it without this help

Well there were a metal stairs which were a queit nosiy. And when someone who lived on a above floor was walking we heard every step. The springs in the bed were noisy too. On the balcony were no space to sit.

Steep stairs. Terrace had no view. Very basic. Plenty of coffee pots, but no coffee. Remember to bring your own.

Everything exceeded my expectations at this hotel. I would highly recommend it. Maybe if you don't want to walk up and down stairs to go to the bathroom (like our room) then ask for a room with no stairs (we didn't mind at all). Other than that it's perfect.

Firstly, the hotel looks stunning, so beautiful and picture perfect! The staff are amazing, they organised free pick up and drop off to our bus/train station to the hotel. They are extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, sites, everything. And the buffet breakfast is like walking into a beautiful cafe with a spread of typical italian breakfast foods as well as western options. Cleaniless was 10/10 easily and location was definitely 10/10!!!

explaining the bins would have been helpful. if using the top bedroom it is a steep climb so be prepared.

the hot water did not last long enough. once my hubby took a shower, I got in and the water turned cold too soon,, it was not enough for me to use shampoo, rinse, use conditioner, rinse, use soap and shave. it got cold too soon and then you had to wait like an hour at least for it to heat back up again. so………I didn’t wash my hair the 3 days I was there🤷🏻‍♀️
