First night , it was hard to sleep and adjust to busy city traffic noises , including ambulance sirens. Midnight curfew , is understandable though it means we made no plans to see what Rome is like from 11pm into the early hours, when the city might be more still and less crowded. It encouraged good sleep though!

The hosts were lovely, gentle and helpful. Housekeeping was done discreetly and promptly - the staff always stay aware when guests are using the room , going out and coming back so that they can open the gates entrances and the best time to do the housekeeping. Good location near city centre and for transport

The location of the hotel is great! Easy to find, close to Termini station and metro. Easy to walk to city center. The host is great and helpful. I asked for a kettle and he provided it immediately.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Termini station and overall not far from the downtown area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You get more that the tha value of your money. And the owners own a dog which is very friendly and cute, does not bark or make any noise. We were also warned that the area was noisy at night however we did not have any problems sleeping.

The staff is very friendly and familiar. The place is located near the main train and metro station and just 30min by walking to the city historical centre. Everything was perfect. I recommend it 100%

I didn't mind it after the first night, the traffic can be quite loud, 3am car horns and ambulances. But I didn't mind it, if you want Rome, you have to want it with its good and loud traits

Great staff, lighting was good, calm atmosphere, cute dog and very close to the termini. Safe area and you can hear the buzz of traffic.

The person in charge was very kind and provided detailed information about everything. The room was big, cozy and clean. For us the location was exceptional...just five minutes from Termini station which is amazing to get delicious food, transportation and even a supermarket, and is 15-20 on foot from interesting places

Strategically good location near Termini Station. Trains, buses and subway are close within 10 minutes. Easy to get from the airport and back by train or bus. Hotel is located in big, old fashioned and stylish Romanian building. The manager Luca was very kind and provided excellent service. Luca gave us some very useful pieces of advice regarding Roman food places nearby and sightseeing details. The room was tidy and bed very comfortable.

Good location hotel from the center . to the station 10-15 walk . The room has everything you need for accommodation. Every day the room was cleaned. Lucca is very nice he explained everything in detail. If there are any problems, you can safely turn to him. For such money it is the best hotel

Everything was amazing. The host is soooo cute and they also have a dog which is very cute and friendly. We üşen one soap but even then they put a new one immediately. They took care of the rooms well and the fridge was working and good. Location is amazing it’s 3min from Termini which I can go anwhere I want from there and all the touristic places. If I come back to Rome I will definitely stay at them again. Recommended

The host was a bit weird. As a guest you were not allowed to use your own Iron in the room. You could close the window completely so you don’t hear the Street noises, but at this point the room became too dark and there was literally no light in the room. Overall I would say that the accommodation was ok for a couple of days when you don’t have high expectations. Rom is a city where you spend the whole day out of the hotel. For that purpose was the hotel acceptable.

This Hotel ist located near the central station but is actually a bit far away from the landmarks. The room on its own was really clean and there were nothing to complain about.

Location of this property is excellent! Termini station is only a few minutes walk away, so you can easily reach any part of beautiful Rome you want. Luca is very kind and has a bunch of tips that can be very useful.
