Cute hotel tucked into a little corridor that opened to a small square and about a five minute walk to the Duomo. You are right in the middle of it all. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the staff was very attentive.

As we do not eat pork or beef we felt lack of chicken as an option in meat or even scrambled eggs at the breakfast. We realise this is more a habit of place then this hotel. We also had to ask for scrambled eggs and did not know those were available too just not put on the breakfast spread.

The best part of this place was the location. Staff is very eager and helpful, they really do their job well. Rooms were neat, clean and AC was working well. Any concerns raised was immediately addressed. Breakfast was fine.

A good hotel in the center of Florence. You can walk to all the good places like Duomo, Gallery Accademia, and Uffizi. Also, the staffs working there are very kind.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast and the cleaning personnel needs to map the floor in the bathroom.

The easy check in and out. The receptionist, especially Andrea, helped us to manage the more important tourist points. The hotel is very closed to the center.

We had inner jard view, were was a restaurant, it was a bit loud because of running children and food smells, bud it was really nothing in general

The location is incredible. It's in the heart of the city. Personal was very friendly and helpful💗 Breakfast was good, you can order eggs with a bacon, fresh croissants, fruits. The room was cleaned every day.

It is located in the city centre, 2 minutes away from the duomo. Everything is at a walkable distance and the room was clean and fresh (good for the hot summer days). The employees were very nice and helpfull.

I didn't like the old fashioned toilet. It causes troubles. We didn't like that the cleaning ladies made so much noise from 8:30 am to 11:00 ! Couldn't sleep longer in the morning 😐 . We know they have to clean but they were loud and so much clashing and banging.

My only slight complaint is I wish the bathroom had more storage room in the quadruple room. There were 4 of us but had hardly any place to set our toiletries. That would be the only thing.

Hotel Albergo is in a perfect location. It's very close to the Duomo and other central sites in Florence. Our room was comfortable and had ample space. There was a free breakfast offered but we were not able to utilize it as we left early every morning we were there. The staff was very helpful in securing our taxis and dinner reservations. We had a very enjoyable stay.
