We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

One of the best places Ive stayed recently. The staff is amazing. Absolutely helpful, kind and pay attention to everything you may need even if you don't ask them. Food. Breakfast is good. The food is tasty and you have plenty of things to choose from. I miss bacon a bit though. It is the same everyday, so on 3rd day it feels a bit boring. Anyway in general everything is good. Also, dinners were superb. Price\quality is great. Consider buying them in advance. Location is superb, 100m from the beach, there are free and private beaches, you may have a discount on some of them. If you come by train with a lot of luggage, it is better to call a taxi, cause it is far away. Room is ok, clean, all the facilities, everything you expect from such type of the hotel. You can hear your neighbours sometimes, but it didn't bother me.

Great position for bike touring-it’s literally on the coastal cycle way! There’s a deposit for the bicycles. Very close to the beach. Very friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast ok

GermanyBreakfast was very basic and could definitely be improved both in terms of quality and quantity. Unfortunately as others have mentioned there is some noise coming from the frogs in the construction site in front. You only notice it if you open the windows, and given there's air conditioning it wasn't an issue if our case, but it's worth mentioning. Not really a fault of the hotel for sure.
Very clean and modern rooms. They looked like they had just been completely refurbished (I was there June 2021). Great location and very friendly staff. Air con in the room. Recommended.

Francei booked room where had to be balcony, it was our family stay. they booked us on grand floor just close to reception. windows had metal barrels in front, we had just parking to see from window. no balcony we heard all the noice. i asked to changed atm as we didn’t booked that. i believe at thus evening was elderly italian lady at the reception and she said no. this room was in horrible location. ah and shower was blocked water didn’t go away. bathroom was swimming in the water. they came to clean but issue wasn’t fixed.
the staff, they were aml i believe from Ukraine and absolutely love them! really felt look after

Good hotel with all the required amenities, very welcoming lady at the front desk.
