the entrance of the hotel is inconvenient for heavy luggage cause you need to get up stairs to get to the reception, and some more to get to the elevator to the rooms.

The sound-proofing of the room was quite bad. Unfortunately you could hear the conversations coming from the rooms next to you and each step of the people staying in the room above you. The cleanliness of the toilet could also be better as for this price range.

This location is great for the tourists landing at FCO airport as the hotel is next to the main terminal. It's very easy to get to the main sights like Colosseum or Forum Romanum on foot or by public metro. The personel was available 24h and that also made the checking in easier during late hours. Staff was also very helpful and the towels/sheets have been both changed each thay of our stay.

Except for the rubbish left in the bin, it should have been cleared before a new guest arrived. It was NY eve and at 2am there was someone in the corridor shouting for another hotel guest which was obviously not great for other sleeping clients. He was banging on the doors and shouting for Fernandez. Granted it was a long party weekend, I felt the front desk could have intervened.

Location is excellent. Comfy beds and warm room. Super friendly front desk and very helpful.

I would love to have to some hot food options for breakfast - like oatmeal, hot eggs. But maybe that is uncommon in the region.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. But of course guests must take into account that it is a historical building, facilities are not new. Nonetheless, we knew this from the beginning so it was not an issue for us at all. We had a great stay.

Perfect location if you need to take trains or go to the airport like we did. The staff was great, especially Rachele, the Receptionist at the Front Desk who was very helpful and kind. Relation price-quality is great. Also, the Reception granted us an upgrade from our room to a bigger room, this gesture is very much appreciated. We could also leave our luggage in the deposit after check out. All in all, we had an amazing stay in Hotel Marisa, we will sure be back every time we need to go to Rome.

The first room they gave us. Room 18 felt like a basement and we did not find it comfortable in anyway. However they have switched our room to room 11 which was the ideal room we'd hope for when booking this hotel.

The location to the roma termini is very convenient. It only takes a minute to get there. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Before I checked into this hotel, I saw some terrible reviews on Google, but they were completely off the mark! My room was newly decorated, everything was perfect. They offer free luggage drop-off, and the staff, available 24/7, are super friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends and anyone else. It’s just a 3-minute walk from the central station and surrounded by great restaurants. A solid 10/10, and the price? Amazing value.

It took a while to get used to the self service at breakfast, finding out what all the choices were, the waiter could have been more understanding, vis-a vis my gaffes, but in the end, we shook hands, we both agreed that no one is perfect.

Arrival and departure, friendly service at the front desk, comfortable room, peace and quiet, nice bathroom, breakfast well worth the extra fee.

Noisy at night ( by train station so very busy road) we had a leak from our roof! A bit annoying that there is no coffee, tea facilities in the room!

Staff were amazing and so friendly, breakfast was very nice, think the staff made the stay def very pleasant! We slept okay ( we walked so much we were very tired, but can be very noisy ( cars horning from the train station constantly and early morning like 7am we could hear the cleaners with hoovers ) shame about the noise area and the rooms( some don’t look like the photos from booking ! Very close to the station so that is a massive plus to take you around Rome !
