We are vegetarians and the breakfast was very poor. They have a lot of desserts but we wanted something salted and we ended up with an egg and some cheese.. The fridge in the room made a loud noise at night and woke me up 5-6 times.

The location was central, the bathroom was clean and pretty big. They updated us to the superior room so that was great.

The hotel particulars say there is parking, not reservable, for 9 Euros a day. On arrival the receptionist told us to find street parking, free for spaces with white lines, paying for spaces with blue lines. Took some time and distance to find one (blue). Street parking is available to anyone who can find it.

Breakfast was OK but the choice of food could have been wider.

The staff, location, and room were great. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast could have been better (the choice of food was poor), but Italians do not have extensive breakfast. Therefore, the breakfast was still not too bad for Italy.

Strategic location, few minutes by foot from the historical city Center and few minutes from the beaches. Perfect Greek restaurant in the same street. The hotel is under reconstruction. Rooms were spacious and clean. Small fridge in the room. Hotel offer very variable breakfast with very tasty local foccacia. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, maybe with the next stay. Hotel offer paid parking in the underground garage few minutes by foot, you have to pick up the ticket for parking in the reception and you can unload and load the luggage in front of the hotel. The ladies in the reception were very kind and helpful, they order umbrellas on the beach for us twice and advise with the sightseeing.

The hotel is in perfect location, a few minutes from train station and the beach. The receptionist girls are very helpful in every question. Breakfast was good but no vegetables but croissants and coffee was delicious.

The ONLY thing that was irksome was that both for check-in and check-out the spaces out front reserved for hotel loading and unloading we’re all taken - and not by other people checking in or out. We were able to park briefly in handicapped spots out front but it would have been nice. But that was the ONLY issue with our stay! Will definitely recommend!

Only a small gripe would have liked some more fresh fruit choices with breakfast but there was plenty of other choices, but I’m trying to be a bit more healthy and the focaccia was so tempting!

My second visit and once again I was charmed by the hotel and Chiavari itself. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
