Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom which is tiny. Building itself is a bit dated but more than adequate.

Great views over the lake, from the right room. Clean and reasonably modern inside the rooms. Breakfast had a good selection.

Rooms and bathroom are abit on the small side but we were expecting that. After all, we were there for the lake rather than the hotel. Overall no complaints at all.

Great staff, a man named Fiorè (excuse the spelling if incorrect) is a top lad, very friendly and welcoming. Other staff were nice too. Me and my friend are cyclists and had an absolutely marvellous time. Really liked the place and would be happy to return.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Electric kettle could have been a plus.

Loved our stay here. We were only here for 2 nights but we managed to squeeze a lot in! The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the center of Limone so a really convenient location. Just outside the hotel is a stream that you can walk alongside either down to the lake or up into the mountain, which has some beautiful walks & views. On the lake it looked like there was a SUP/Water sports hire however it was a bit out of season during our visit. Beautiful shops and no shortage of places to eat in Limone! We also took a trip across the lake to Malcesine for the day via the ferry, which had plenty of shops to mooch through, a castle to explore and if you want there's a cable car that can take you up into the Monte Baldo mountain. Our room had the most stunning lake view and was very clean and tidy. Plenty of options for breakfast too, including cold meats, eggs, pastries, toast, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, juices etc.

Room size TINY. Noise levels of the scale. Either the hotels sound system next door until 1am or the rooms on same floor ie using toilet! No fridge or kettle but 2 chairs that you can't use as room is that small

Wonderful little place in Limone which allowed us to experience the village within a short walk from the centre. Loved the simplicity of the place, free parking and the cleanliness of the place. It's not a 5 star hotel but we weren't looking for that, and we're pleased with the breakfast provided as well. Location was perfect and we were able to relax and unwind on our way up north as we stopped here overnight to explore the region.

Only thing I'd say is the bathroom is tiny, 1 person can fit.

We absolutely loved our stay. The workers are amazing & kind. Pet friendly, parking in front and in the back. The bar was awesome to come back to at the end of a long day. Breakfast was wonderful, scrambled & boiled eggs, along with the traditional European spread of meat, cheese, breads, cereal, yogurt. They had amazing cakes/ pastries too. I loved having the balcony! It was 3min walk downhill to the beach, and close to the center, 5-8min depending which way you want to go.

The fact of no pool!!! Usage of a pool in another location, but only if you stay longer🙄. For that reason I would not go on that side of the lake and would not recommend!!!!!
