The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable, no aircon (which we did know beforehand).

- The place - really far from the center - so if you travel without your vehicle, fine any hotel in the center.. - No shampoo, no shower gel (I had to buy it) - Low water flow in the shower - Paid beach only

It is not clear that the private beach is an extra cost on top of the accommodation. Parking is extra when it is just a dirt car park on the property. Why should this cost extra? Also the private beach had rubbish floating around including a sanitary pad. Lifeguard just scrolling on phone when they could make sure the place is clean.

While it is right near the sea itself, the swimming space there is quite limited. If you do not have a car, it is difficult to get to food or other swimming locations.

The views are quite great, and the breakfast is tasty.

I think its a wonderful place if you have a car other than that its very very far from the center with only one bus that takes you there every1-2 hours. The facility itself doesnt offer much but the wonderful view on the sea which you have to pay extra for.. not too much but still doesnt make sense. Also there were very limited choices to eat for dinner and since you are stuck at the hotel there is no other options to eat at.

I didn’t like that they charged us 20 euros to use the beach they own when I already paid a lot for the room . I also didn’t like that the very small tv in the room did not work and there was no air conditioning we were stuck with only a fan in the hot summer . It says on the site includes air conditioning and we didn’t get that . And the bed was very uncomfortable the bed kept separating in the middle .

The restaurant serves great food. We had dinner and everyone enjoyed their food. The pasta was wonderful.

Taxi services or shuttle services very difficult in off season.

Location is absolutely picturesque… but only suitable for travellers with own transport as the Hotel MG shuttle service doesn’t run in the off season. Location is only 5.5kms from town. But there are no buses or trains from hotel. Taxi service is extremely expensive if you are lucky enough to get one to come and collect you…. And non existent for a return from the local township of SANTA MARINELLA.

The stuff was the most incompetent I have seen for a long time. You also had to pay for secure parking and for access to the beach. There where blood on the curtains in the room.

Nothing really, maybe the breakfast that was included.

- The room had no AC so it felt like a sauna in there. They promised us a fan and we had to ask 3-4 times for someone to bring it (we received it after 1 day and a half out of 3 being there). The fan that we received was also very dirty and filled with dust. - We ran out of water at the shower and after they fixed the water, the toilet started leaking and no one came to fix it even though they kept telling us someone will be there in 10-15 minutes. - During evenings they did not let us sit and eat outside the terrace (probably cause people were renting the terrace" area) - There is no private beach, it's just a place to sit and go in a "mini pool like" to swim so we prefered to go outside the property for swiming. Another downside is that they closed the beach at 6 p.m.

- The view to the sea was gorgeous - The garden / terrace - Not many people at the non-private beach.

This COULD be a great property but clearly no one cares to make it happen. Dirty, unfriendly staff and I felt they do not communicate properly that not every unit has AC.

Beds with flies. No family friendly, specially babies. Restaurant very expensive and very poor menu. Menu not good for babies. Staff not helpful enough

I booked a twin room with a sea view, but when we checked in we were allocated an internal quad room with only a small dark internal window. I rejected this room and we were allocated a double room with a side view to the sea. This room was very hot and there is no air conditioning. I requested a fan, but when delivered it was broken and I had to wait for a replacement. We also had to request additional pillows and cups. The cleaner would not provide clean towels, although she did take the rubbish away. We initially booked in for two nights, but due to my wife being ill we extended our stay by one night. On this last night at 23.30 a member of staff banged on the door on three occasions with a half hour gap demanding that we gave him our passports due to the first copy having been destroyed. This is completely unacceptable, to wake guests in the night, when the request could have been made at any time earlier in the day after extending our booking. The next morning on check out the receptionist apologised for his colleagues behaviour. The breakfast room is stuffy with no open windows. The music is unnecessary.

The location on the coast and the proximity to the beach and sea pool is wonderful.

It is beachfront and the surrounding is breathtaking and very close to nature..

We fixed the toilet leak in one of the room a ourselves so it was possible to sleep. Beach closes over night and opens up at 9am.
